RESPONSE TO: California Governor OKs Bill For Illegal Immigrant Student Aid

Rocky Montana - Opinion / 10-10-11
In passing AB131, the Illegal Immigrant Student Aid Bill, both California Governor, Jerry Brown, and the California State Senate/Assembly have betrayed every LEGAL, law abiding, tax-paying California Citizen. Legal Californian's should be outraged. Now, the hard earned tax dollars of all LEGAL Californian's will go to educate ILLEGAL aliens on the college level. This will mean less assistance money for LEGAL California Citizens, who they and their parents have paid into the state coffers all of their working lives and have respected the Immigration Laws of this country. This coming at a time in California's debt is at a all-time high, is totally irresponsible! Further, this Law will, of course, draw more and more ILLEGAL aliens into California for their own hand-outs. This is a travesty of justice, unlawful, and is Socialism any way you want to cut it. "Dream Act"? "Nightmare Act" is what this will be.
Legal Californians do not have to accept this Socialist agenda. They can unite in a common cause and petition against this unjust law and throw the hypocritical Socialists out in response to this blatant act of betrayal. They can replace these Socialists with moral and just people who know right from wrong and will work for State Sovereignty, and Constitutional Law within their state, and who don't want to live in a cancerous Socialistic state.

California Governor OKs Bill For Illegal Immigrant Student Aid
The Associated Press / Oct. 8, 2011
AB131 by Assemblyman Gil Cedillo, D-Los Angeles, is the second half of the California Dream Act. Brown signed the first half of the package in July, which approved private scholarships and loans for students who are illegal immigrants.
Under current law, illegal immigrant students who have graduated from a California high school and can prove they're on the path to legalize their immigration status can pay resident tuition rates. The bill would allow these students to apply for state aid.
