I'm not sure that I fully understand your reference to "tin-foil hats",
but the law as stated above is the law.
My hat reads "USA" (no gold fringe) and it's not made of tin-foil,
thank you.
Unless I am very mistaken, America went to war against the Nazis
because the latter were blatantly violating the Rule of Law.
