2020 Election Red Wave Is Growing In Congress – 100 Republicans Just Rocketed Up To At Least 140 Voting Against Counting Votes
What’s Happening:
President Trump has been fighting for election integrity since November. The media seems to have deliberately ignored the growing concerns millions of Americans have about this year’s election.
And it appeared some Republicans turned on Trump as well, refusing to even acknowledge his argument in challenging the election results.
The good news is, those “Republicans” are few and far between. Yesterday, we learned that perhaps 100 Republicans in the House would back Trump on January 6.
It looks like that number is growing. From CNN:
Two Republican members of the House of Representatives tell CNN that they expect at least 140 of their GOP colleagues in the House to vote against counting the electoral votes on January 6 when Congress is expected to certify President-elect Joe Biden’s victory.
Democrats in the media are working overtime to dismiss and ignore anything Trump and his team have tried to reveal over the 2020 presidential election.
There have been signed affidavits, video footage, and numerous reports that have cast the results of several states into doubt in the minds of many Americans.
But the media—who have been against Trump from day one—continue to ignore what is going on.
They are going to have a hard time ignoring what might happen on January 6, when over 140 Republicans in the House will challenge the electoral results of several states.
All it takes is for two congressmen, one from the House and one from the Senate, to force a debate on the vote.
That will force both houses to decide which electoral votes they actually can accept.
Congress has the final say on the results of the election. While Democrats keep denying it, Republicans continue to back Trump in his fight to reject the results of states like Pennsylvania, Georgia, and others.
A few Republicans in recent weeks have turned their back on Trump, including known RINOs like Mitt Romney and other senators.
We can’t predict how it will all shake out, but it seems like it won’t end how the left expects.
Key Takeaways:
- Republicans are saying as many as 140 House members will vote to challenge the electoral count.
- Only one congressperson is needed from each chamber to trigger debate.
- While some Republicans have dismissed the President’s fight, many others are joining in.
