The Arizona Republic recently dragged Cyber Ninjas to court. This "newspaper" is attacking a private company for helping with the audit in Arizona. This media outlet is demanding a judge force Cyber Ninjas to release its financial records and private communications.

Congress and Biden's Department of Justice (DOJ) are also steadily attacking our states that are performing audits and passing election reform laws.

Democrats in both houses of Congress are frantically trying to stop the states from passing election reform. They want to abolish voter ID, massively expand mail-in ballots, permit ballot harvesting, create a welfare system for politicians and put the biased DOJ in charge of every detail of our elections. The Arizona Republic is now doing the dirty work for Democrats against election integrity in its recent lawsuit against a company assisting with the audit.

Biden's DOJ is also trying to stop the Arizona audit. And the DOJ filed suit against Georgia seeking to overturn the election reform law, which requires voter ID and bans ballot harvesting.

Failing to get 60 votes to override the filibuster on HR 1 (S 1/S 2093), the Democrats in the U.S. House and Senate are pushing the "John Lewis Voting Rights Act" (JL Act) that will empower the Biden DOJ with nationwide "preclearance."

Rep. Jamaal Bowman (D-NY), speaking about the Democrat voting bill, told CNN, "If we deliver, we maintain power in 2022. If we don't ... we risk losing power and risk this moment to really push a progressive agenda." House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) said that the entire Democratic agenda depends on passing the voting bill.

The House or Senate could bring up the JL Act at any time. We must tell them to STOP THE JL ACT.

Fax the House and Senate to demand they block the JL Act.

Recently, the top Arizona Democrat election official, Secretary of State Katie Hobbs, made a shocking admission as she attempted to undermine the impending results of the audit. She said:

"I have grave concerns regarding the security and integrity of those machines, given that the chain of custody, a critical security tenet, has been compromised and election officials do not know what was done to the machines while under Cyber Ninjas' control."

I thought they once said that the machines cannot be hacked. If it is possible for Cyber Ninjas to corrupt the machines, it would be equally possible for corrupt politicians and foreign governments to do the same!

Hobbs followed up with demands that every ballot machine that Cyber Ninjas touches should be thrown away and never used for a future election!

I'm sure she didn't mean to verify our concerns, but her words communicate that she knows these voting machines have vulnerabilities. Don't forget the words of Eric Coomer, director of product strategy and security for Dominion Voting Systems, and participant at Antifa meetings who said, "Trump is not going to win—I made f---ing sure of that."

Even if you eliminate the machines and return to paper ballots, empowering the Biden DOJ with preclearance would doom all future elections. Under preclearance, every minute detail, every audit, every recount and every election reform law would be subject to the DOJ's PRIOR APPROVAL!

Congress is very close to closing this door on election integrity with their election fraud bills. This is an urgent and critical battle that affects our future! Fax both the House and Senate to oppose these election fraud bills and demand fair elections.

There are still two viable ways Democrats can pass this type of bill through the Senate. The first way is through budget reconciliation, which only takes 51 votes. The JL Act will require massive amounts of new funding, which Democrats will argue should attach it to the budget bill.

The second path is through a voice vote late at night after voting on a budget bill when the vast majority of senators have gone home and none of them are on the open floor to verbally object. Democrats can pass this bill with a simple voice vote.
