In Charlie Daniels’ song, the devil went down to Georgia because he “was in a bind 'cause he was way behind. And he was willin' to make a deal.”

Tomorrow, both Joe Biden and Kamala Harris plan to be in Georgia pushing for federal election fraud bills during a joint event.

Ironically, Georgia’s Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger just announced a formal investigation into allegations of “systematic ballot harvesting [which is illegal in GA] during the state's 2020 general election and subsequent U.S. Senate runoff,” according to top investigative reporter John Solomon.

Democrats couldn’t be waltzing into a worse state for their messaging … if the media would just report the full truth. These explosive new allegations also include claims of physical evidence to back them up.

In Georgia, ballot “harvesting” or trafficking is illegal. No third-party activist can gather and submit ballots on behalf of a voter. Yet in October and November 2020, one organization found 242 people repeatedly visited the drop boxes and put in ballots.

And 40% of the visits that came under suspicion were placed in drop boxes between midnight and 5 a.m.

Thankfully these drop boxes were under 24/7 video surveillance. However, more than 1 million minutes of video still needs to be viewed. Some people used gloves when they handled the ballots, others video-recorded themselves putting ballots into the drop box.

The investigation includes high-tech methods such as using geofencing on cell phones to track the movements of each person who was repeatedly visiting the drop boxes. True the Vote is also setting expectations that five more states have similar problems.

The U.S. Supreme Court upheld in a 2021 ruling the constitutional right of a state to ban ballot harvesting. So now, Democrats are pushing these election fraud bills through Congress.

We have narrowed down the threats to three of the worst election fraud bills that are in the U.S. Senate right now: HR 1, HR 4 and S 2747. Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV) has been a part of drafting these bills and has expressed his support. All three of them would be disastrous! We need to stand firm and fight the hostile takeover of our nation’s ballot boxes.

Demand these bills be stopped with your urgent fax to the whole Senate before they permanently destroy fair elections in America.

Georgia is not the only state with election problems. In Texas, phase one of an investigation found a total of 11,000 potential non-citizens who were registered to vote in the state, according to The Epoch Times.

Yet only Dallas County has taken any action by removing about 86% of those confirmed as non-citizens from the voter rolls while it continues an investigation into the remaining 14%.

In addition, there were a quarter of a million individuals who were deceased that needed to be removed from the voter rolls.

However, if Democrats get their way through the bills being pushed in Congress to automate voter registration, these numbers in Texas would be only a tiny fraction of the total number of people registered to vote.

For example, in Wichita Falls, TX, the address of one single-family residence is reportedly home to more than 500 registered voters!

We must strengthen our election process, not destroy it! U.S. senators need to hear loud and clear from you today. There is intense pressure right now, as the media described it, in an “attempt to pass literally anything” of the Democrats’ bills. Often, this panic can change votes at the last minute. CNN wondered who is listening to the cries and hand-wringing of Democrats.

• Joe Biden said there is "a dagger at the throat of democracy.”

• Kamala Harris claimed that the Jan. 6 breach of the Capitol and “how close we came to an election overturned” should be taken with the same seriousness as Pearl Harbor and 9/11, which each killed 2,400-3,000 people.

• Former President Jimmy Carter wrote that our nation "teeters on the brink of a widening abyss."

• Stacey Abrams’ co-worker admitted for Democrats, “If there isn’t a way for us to repeat what happened in November 2020, we’re f-----.”

• “We can’t simply organize our way out of this,” admitted Melanie Campbell, president of a group that helps radical candidates.

But Democrats know they can legislate their way out of this. The senators need to hear loud and clear from you today. Send your urgent faxes to the Senate to demand they oppose all three bills right away.

Thankfully, there is some encouraging news. In 2021, more than 400 election integrity bills were introduced in 49 states, and 19 states passed 34 new election reform laws. Right away, this led to the cleanup of more than 3 million invalid voter registrations.

We are winning this battle, and Democrats are deeply concerned! But if we let our guard down for even a moment, all this progress can be erased in a voice vote on the floor of the Senate within a few hours or days!
