The new election fraud combination bill is the hottest topic on Capitol Hill, and Democrats are at a fever pitch to pass it. They are trying everything they can to block state election integrity reform through Congress.

At the same time, I am presenting oral arguments today before the United States Supreme Court against egregious government discrimination against individual religious expression.

This battle is thick and fierce. Every judge is critically important, and every judge is chosen by our elected officials. This is why the Democrat Party is so singularly focused on this election fraud bill ... because they recognize that every aspect of our government is dependent on the election process.

Today Democrats return to attack voting rights with all their might. The state legislatures’ successful election reform efforts have struck terror in the hearts of Democrats. Ahead of the 2022 midterm election, they are frantic to pass this combined bill (now HR 5746).

Sen. Richard Blumenthal (D-CT) has repeated Biden’s hyperbole that state election reform efforts (things like eliminating voter ID and forcing ballot harvesting) are “the most significant test of our Democracy since the Civil War.”

Heeding “Biden’s call” during the hearing, Sen. Blumenthal demanded the elimination of the filibuster to get this new combination bill, with all the worst aspects of election fraud, through the Senate and on Biden’s desk ASAP.

Sen. Ted Cruz responded, “Democrats are saying, ‘We support the right to vote, so we are going to take away the decision made by the voters to enact voter ID laws.’” That makes zero sense. More than 80% of Americans support voter ID. It’s just common sense.

We must counter the massive pressure, even panic, that Democrats are fueling on Capitol Hill to pass this new election fraud bill! Your fax is critical right now. Send faxes to your senators to vote against this now.

This new combination bill includes “preclearance” nationwide for our elections. This has been the focus of a number of hearings before today.

Sen. Cruz said this “means that your state legislature in your home doesn't have the ability to pass laws concerning voting without getting an unelected bureaucrat in the Department of Justice to sign off on it first. Mind you, this is after Joe Biden has nominated and Senate Democrats have confirmed extreme partisans to the Department of Justice.”

In addition to this Democrat fever pitch, more than 160 companies have banded together to fight election reform. The announced list includes companies like Apple, Facebook, Google, Zoom, Microsoft, Hershey, Nestlé, Levi Strauss, Under Armour, Wellington Flowers, Tiffany & Co., IKEA and Etsy.

Democrat state legislators, corporations and the media are demanding this election fraud bill ... Now our senators need to hear from you, the voters, loud and clear against this bill. The Democrats know that their entire agenda rests on passing this bill. If the bill is passed, the Biden DOJ will make sure Democrats have the power to control and dominate every future election beginning with the 2022 midterms.

The state reform efforts and audits and fear of the 2022 midterms are what’s starting the panic. The majority of Americans are not Marxist and reject socialism. They love freedom and want elections to be fair.

But if this bill passes, America would be done. Your vote would never count. A free society must have fair and transparent elections.
