Something chilling is happening that should not be taking place in America. The Lincoln Project, ShutdownDC, and other groups are threatening law firms and their clients to stop the investigation. Some groups are using a combination of physical and financial threats. They have already gotten one law firm in Pennsylvania to cave and drop their election investigation.

Liberty Counsel Action has taken safety measures and even hired armed security for our office in D.C.

We will not be deterred. We will seek the truth and pursue election integrity until our nation knows who was lawfully and honestly elected as President of the United States. This matter concerns more than this one election. We have to reform the system and make sure we can trust the election process in the future.

My team has spent hours working late into the night documenting, researching and preserving evidence of more than 1,600 people between 100 and 202 years old who requested mail-in ballots just in Pennsylvania! What is even more surprising is that most of these ballots were returned.

Our organization has documentation of every single name.

We are not yet able to determine whether these votes were counted, but the fact that these people are on the voter lists, allegedly requested a ballot, and most returned them raises serious questions.

Over the weekend we provided this documentation to brief members of Congress.

This information raises concerns of a systematic effort to change the outcome of our election through fraud. And we have only scratched the surface. We have not yet started investigating how many deceased young people somehow still managed to request mail-in ballots.

The Pew Center on the States recently also raised concern. According to the Pew Center, "Approximately 24 million—one of every eight—voter registrations in the United States are no longer valid or are significantly inaccurate... more than 1.8 million deceased individuals are listed as voters... Approximately 2.75 million people have registrations in more than one state."

In light of these numbers, our documentation demonstrates a concerted effort to manipulate the records of many who are long dead to vote in our recent election.

This is a painstaking process that requires weeks of long hours of efforts. Already the clock is ticking down to December 8 and the “Safe Harbor” deadline to finish election disputes. Our boots on the ground and team members investigating this election are the only ways to ensure the integrity of our election system, or, where necessary, the way to fight to restore that integrity.
