Today or—at the latest—tomorrow morning Democrats will have a vote on the latest version of the election fraud bill (HR 5746). They are so desperate to pass this bill that they already are trying to manipulate the Senate rules.

Senate Democrats just returned from the long holiday weekend with a vengeance to pass this dangerous bill this week. Just yesterday, the Senate started official debate on the floor attacking election integrity in order to push this election fraud bill. It will combine all the worst aspects of their election fraud dream legislation. This is the closest the election fraud bill has ever been to passing.

It will ban voter ID, force same-day registration, criminalize anyone questioning a person's qualifications to vote and so much more. I will explain below. Stop HR 5746 with your urgent faxes to our senators right now! — Mat

The Democrats are pushing hard, and their efforts are well funded.

Yesterday, 30 people demanding passage of the election fraud bill were arrested after they breached the plaza and protested on the Senate steps. This shows how far the radical fringe is willing to go to steal future elections.

We need to make sure that their voices are not the only ones heard on Capitol Hill. I have never seen an attack on free and fair elections like what is in this combination bill.

Specifically, this combined bill (HR 5746) will do all the following:

• Automatically register people as voters.

• Require online and same-day voter registration.

• Ban photo ID.

• Demand early voting at least 15 days before Election Day.

• Create federal approval for congressional redistricting plans that assess and prioritize voters by race.

• Prohibit any attempt to verify a person’s eligibility to vote.

• For any gift over 200 dollars, you, the taxpayer, will pay 6 dollars for every 1 dollar for presidential and congressional election campaigns.

• It would create a public financing voucher pilot program in three states, under which each eligible voter could donate $25 in public funding credit to House candidates.

• Force states to allow food and nonalcoholic beverages at polling locations, even if it includes candidate logos and branding.

• Expose private information from large campaign donors.

• Effectively restore preclearance requirements giving the Department of Justice final control over every precinct and polling place.

• Give the DOJ federal authority to assign election observers to watch everything inside the precinct and demand “compliance” with the DOJ’s politically biased views of voting according to their buddies on the Democrat National Committee.

• Require states and localities to review and identify any practices that could impact the ability to vote based on race, color or language minority group and submit to the DOJ.

• And so, so much more!

Democrats are using a tactic similar to what they did for Obamacare.

This is coming down to the wire. Thankfully, when there are changes to a bill in the second chamber, a bill must get reapproved by the first chamber (the Senate in this case) to be considered fully passed.

This is the most recent tactic Democrats picked, and they forced Republicans to start the official debate that is raging on the floor of the Senate. However, this also needs Republicans to vote to stop debate or the filibuster (cloture) before this bill can move forward.

This means we can still stop this bill, but we need to be vigilant and vocal.

And this is just the beginning of how this shocking power grab will swing wide open the door for even MORE election fraud. This must be stopped NOW! Send your urgent faxes to the Senate and demand this bill be stopped before it causes incalculable damage to our nation.

Another path Democrats could use is “reconciliation” to a budget bill, which only requires 51 votes. The maneuvers are dynamic and changing rapidly.

This is why it was so deeply concerning when Sen. Susan Collins (R-ME) held a meeting with seven senators from both parties.
