Netanyahu: 'Dream Deal for Iran, Nightmare Deal for World'

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu continued on Sunday with his effort to persuade America and its allies to pursue a "better deal" with Iran over its nuclear program.
I think this deal is a dream deal for Iran, and it is a nightmare deal for the world," Netanyahu said on "Meet the Press."
The " historic deal" could turn out to be a "historically bad deal," Netanyahu argued, because it leaves Iran, "the pre-eminent terror state of our time," with a vast nuclear infrastructure with not one centrifuge destroyed.
The lifting of sanctions will not bring in money that will be used for schools, hospitals or roads, Netanyahu said, but "to pump up the worldwide terror machine and military machine which is busy conquering the Middle East as we speak."
Netanyahu noted that the North Korea nuclear agreement was applauded by the world in the 1990s, but since has been broken, with North Korea now in possession of nuclear weapons.
"It turned out to be a very, very bad deal," Netanyahu said. "I think the same thing would be true in the case of Iran, except that Iran is a great deal more dangerous than North Korea. It is a militant Islamic power built on regional domination, in fact bent on world domination. It openly says so."
In response to a statement by White House Chief of Staff Denis McDonough calling Israeli governance over Palestinians as "occupation," Netanyahu repeated past statements that he and previous Israeli governments have offered a two-state solution, but any Palestinian state must be "demilitarized" and recognize Israel as a "Jewish state."
