An intriguing new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting President Putin will hold a meeting with the chiefs of special services of the Commonwealth of Independent Countries (CIS) member nations via a video conference this morning, says at the opening of this 17^th conference of CIS intelligence and security chiefs, Security Council Secretary Nikolai Patrushev warned that the United States is set to boost its spending “on assistance to so-called democratization and the fight against authoritarianism to $3 billion”, and stated: “In this situation, it is important to carry out joint work for coordinating special services and law-enforcement agencies to counter the scenarios of color revolutions and for establishing a dialogue in the sphere of regulating the activity of non-government organizations that receive financing from abroad and also for tracking other unfriendly steps by Western countries and their disruptive activity on the territory of the CIS states”.

Further warning CIS intelligence and security chiefs, this report notes, was Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov revealing that the United States and its allies are going ahead with crude attempts at meddling in the CIS countries internal affairs, with him stating: “Our solidarity is still more important in a situation where Washington and its allies continue crude attempts to intervene in the CIS countries’ internal affairs…Their policy of replacing governments they find undesirable remains in force, while the tactic of implementing it has changed”.

This transcript sees Security Council Members noting that the “crude attempts” now being used by the United States to bring down governments involves the selective leaking to leftist propaganda media sources of deceptive information to damage conservative leaders—a socialist tactic used last week against Austrian Chancellor Sebastian Kurz, who said he would step down following accusations of corruption less than two years after his re-election—a resignation called “the latest blow for conservative movement in Western Europe”—then saw Czech Prime Minister Andrej Babis being targeted with this same socialist tactic during national elections last weekend, which edged his party out—but whose unintended consequence of caused an “election disaster for left-wing forces” when the Czech people elected an even stronger right-wing coalition—and in this election it saw Czech voters ousting all communists from parliament for the first time since 1948.

Apparently oblivious to Supreme Socialist Leader Joe Biden as he masterminds these “crude attempts” to overthrow conservative governments he doesn’t like, this report details, is that he’s living in the 21^st Century where information races around the world in seconds—and because of allows the rest of the world to see how his socialist policies are destroying America, that in turn causes people to recoil in horror should the same be allowed to happen in their countries—the latest example of which was Biden begging OPEC to ramp-up oil production as Americans are being crushed by skyrocketing gasoline prices—and as to why Biden is having to beg OPEC for more foreign oil, it sees the Wall Street Journal grimly explaining: “U.S. producers have been slower to revive output as the Biden Administration is threatening the oil and gas industry with a panoply of taxes and regulation…Producers aren’t going to drill more wells today, even at today’s higher prices, if they don’t think they will produce future profits”.

Being kept from the knowledge of the American people as Biden’s socialist policies destroy their nation, this report continues, is that for the fiscal year that ended on 30 September, it saw the US government raking in an historic $4.05-trillion in revenue from taxes on wealthy individuals and corporations—a staggering and historic amount of tax revenue now joined by the US Labor Department reporting that 4.3-million American workers quit their jobs in August—sees millions of more Americans about to be jobless after Biden submitted his new OSHA rules yesterday to fire them for not taking experimental Covid vaccines—in America today sees food prices rising to the highest level in a decade amid a labor shortage and supply crisis—sees just released data from a supply tracking company showing that 18 percent of beverages, 15 percent of frozen foods, 16 percent of snacks, 15 percent of candy and 18 percent of bakery items were out of stock at stores during the week ending on 3 October—in response to this crisis sees leftist CNN addressing Americans like socialist comrades telling them they can’t expect to shop like they did in the “Before Times”—though most accurately, former top President Donald Trump advisor Steve Bannon is now warning: “America needs to prepare…Get ready for the bleakest, darkest Christmas in living memory”.

With the Wall Street Journal warning in their just published article “Vaccine Mandate Madness” that “Biden's needless order is hurting workers and feeding polarization”, this report notes, all such warnings are being ignored by socialist leader Biden as he hunts down doctors for speaking the truth about experimental Covid vaccines and unleashes his federal police forces on parents opposing critical race theory and Covid restrictions—a shocking level of socialist tyranny now accelerating after the FBI this week released a new map saying they are going to arrest everyone who was within nearly a mile of the US Capitol on 6 January, even if they didn’t enter the building known as “The People’s House”—socialist insanity now joined by Biden ordering officers to ignore US federal laws and not raid worksites using illegal alien workers.

While the world watches as socialist leader Biden lays waste to America, this report continues, articles have begun to appear like “Press Suddenly Grappling With Biden’s Political Slide As Democrats Grow Worried”, wherein it states: “Biden is starting to own the lack of results as well as the blunders”—today in the leftist New York Times article “As Democrats Dither, Biden Bleeds Out” sees it revealing: “It’s beginning to feel like 2010 all over again…At Pelosi’s news conference on Tuesday, CBS’s Nikole Killion told the speaker that the latest CBS News poll found that only 10 percent of Americans know many specifics about the Build Back Better package and that most “don’t know anything at all"”…Pelosi, arguing that “whatever we do, it will be transformative”, told Killion that “whether Americans know it or not, they overwhelmingly support it” — a phrase uncomfortably close to her 2010 remark about the Affordable Care Act: “We have to pass the bill so that you can find out what is in it”...It didn’t work then, and it won’t work now”—today sees their own experts warning socialist Democrats that using woke terms like “Latinx” and “birthing person” are turning voters against them—further sees these socialist Democrats being warned today: “The distribution of voters is more barbelled, with a hollow center and the center of gravity for each party far from the center of the other...That makes it extremely difficult to scrap over the median voter...But it's harder for Democrats because the core of consistent liberal voters is more dominant in their coalition, and because cross-pressured voters in the center tend to be more conservative on cultural questions that are the basis of Republican identity”—and most catastrophic for socialist Democrats is the just released survey that shows Black voter support for Biden has collapsed, with their “frustration against him now at an all-time high”. 

Now adding to the “bleed out” of socialist leader Biden, this report notes, was former CIA and State Department employee Larry Johnson revealing this week: “What we saw was the law enforcement and intelligence assets of the US government, instead of serving to protect the interests of the US people, were turned and used in the most abhorent, partisan ways to attack a Presidential candidate to discredit him...Despite all their efforts they initially failed in 2016...But they didn’t stop...They continued the effort to try to destroy Trump and they realized the only way they could do it was they had to steal the election”—a beyond shocking revelation that explains why a just released poll found: “A majority of likely voters believe cheating tainted President Joe Biden’s victory over former President Donald Trump in last year’s election...A total of 56% of respondents are convinced “it’s likely that cheating affected the outcome of the 2020 presidential election”—stunning poll results quickly joined by Arizona Assistant Attorney General Jennifer Wright firing off a letter to socialist Democrats demanding documents about their tainted 2020 election—and in response to saw famed American conservative author Mollie Hemingway releasing her open letter to the American people  entitled “What Happened During The 2020 Election Must Be Investigated And Discussed”, wherein she states:

If questioning the results of a presidential election were a crime, as many have asserted in the wake of the controversial 2020 election and its aftermath, then much of the Democratic Party and media establishment should have been indicted for their behavior following the 2016 election.

In fact, the last time Democrats fully accepted the legitimacy of a presidential election they lost was in 1988.

The corporate media didn’t condemn leading Democrats’ refusal to accept the results of the 2016 election.

In fact, the media amplified the most speculative claims of how Trump and Russia had colluded to steal the election from Clinton.

It was all nonsense.

Even Special Counsel Robert Mueller, who ran a multi-year and multi-million-dollar government investigation into claims that Trump personally colluded with Russian president Vladimir Putin to steal the election from Clinton, found no evidence to support the fevered accusations.

In an ironic and surreal twist of fate, this report continues, near immediately after Hemmingway released her open letter, socialist Democrat Party candidate for Virginia governor Terry McAuliffe refused to admit that Republicans won the 2000 presidential election—right after becoming a presidential election denier saw McAuliffe announcing that socialist Democrat Party leader Stacy Abrams will be campaigning for him, who refused to acknowledge she lost her race for Georgia governor in 2018—after begging for more support then saw McAuliffe announcing that former President Obama and House Speaker Pelosi will be campaigning for him—quickly after which the article “Pelosi Inadvertently Makes the Case for Glenn Youngkin” appeared, wherein it noted that Pelosi made the case for electing the Republican Party when she wrote: “If a Trump Republican wins a state that Biden won by 10 points, it will essentially steamroll a path for Trump’s comeback”.

Along with him being a “Big Lie” presidential election denier, this report concludes, socialist Democrat McAuliffe outright lied to the voters of Virginia when he claimed that critical race theory was made up and said that parents concerned about it were all racists—a lying claim made to Virginia voters who know the truth that when this campaign began “the nation’s largest teacher’s union scrubbed the agenda items announcing their nationwide campaign to push critical race theory from their website”—are Virginia voters today shocked and horrified after discovering that socialist Democrat Party school officials covered up the rape of two young school girls by a skirt-wearing boy who attacked them in a girls bathrooms, and threw in jail one of their fathers when he went to school board meeting to protest what was done to his helpless daughter—a demonic crime covered up by socialist Democrat school officials quickly responded to by Republican Party leader US Congressman Dan Crenshaw, who told Virginia voters: “Do you get it now?...Keep men out of women’s bathrooms…I can’t believe this story…It’s heartbreaking...Parents: don’t stop…Keep up the fight”—is a fight new polling shows the Republicans will wipe the floor with Democrats in this pivotal Virginia election in both the governor and State House elections—all of which explains why McAuliffe asked in an email begging for more cash: “Are we blowing this?”.  [Note: Some words and/or phrases appearing in quotes in this report are English language approximations of Russian words/phrases having no exact counterpart.]
