The next budget vote could happen as soon as tomorrow!
There is a shockingly higher cost for Joe Biden’s “Build Back Better” (BBB) bill than originally projected. This is not surprising. The nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office (CBO) came out with a new pricetag, raising BBB’s cost from 2 trillion to 5 trillion dollars over the course of 10 years.
It’s hard to even imagine that much money!
To reach 5 trillion dollars, you would have to stack 100-dollar bills about 3,155 miles into space, which is about the distance from Orlando, FL, to Seattle, WA!

The BBB is loaded with a radical socialist agenda intent on destroying America. The BBB will do all the following:

Give the IRS almost 80 billion dollars to increase audits and hire 160,000 IRS agents to harass Americans.

Authorize government oversight of every financial account that has 10,000+ dollars in transactions over a year.

Authorize the IRS to investigate every 600-dollar transaction.
-
Pay an additional 150 million to IRS lawyers to drag people to court.
-
Create a militarized “Corps” for climate change.
-
Eliminate the Hyde Amendment, which will divert your tax dollars for elective abortions.
-
Pay for socialized medicine for certain Americans on the basis of race.
-
Block all faith-based child care organizations from receiving funding.
-
Establish taxpayer-funded babysitting and tuition from preschool to the sixth semester in college.
-
Require child care workers to have a college degree.
-
Devastate black communities by kicking independent contractors and temporary workers out of their jobs.
-
Offer state-issued identification—essentially amnesty and citizenship—to all illegal immigrants for 5 to 10 years.

Pay child support to illegal immigrants, motivating more border crossings and paying welfare for people who aren’t citizens.

Offer welfare without any work—or job search —requirements.
-
Take more inheritance from children and limit them to receive 50% less from their parents’ estate.

Give unions nearly total control and subject owners and employers to penalties while exempting union bosses and officials.

And much more.
This 5 trillion-dollar pricetag is just for the first 10 years. And we know how budgets always grow in Washington.

Remember how Joe Biden claimed the BBB was “fully paid for. Fully, fully paid—it doesn’t increase the deficit one single cent. As a matter of fact, it will reduce the deficit,” Biden claimed.
That’s not even close to the truth.
Now, the White House claims the 10-year cost is “fake.” U.S. Rep. Pramila Jayapal (D-WA) said that future savings like the “wellbeing of planet, don’t get scored.”
One example of this true cost is in the child allowance. Democrats claim it will cost “only” 185 billion dollars because it supposedly ends after one year. However, no one actually believes Democrats will let this sunset. The CBO claims this provision alone will cost more than 1.597 trillion dollars.
Right now, Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV) is wavering, and he needs to hear from you. The BBB can be stopped IF we tell key members of the Senate to stop it. I believe we can hold all the Republicans. And we need at least one Democratic senator to say NO! Send your urgent fax today.

We have incredible staff fighting the BBB on Capitol Hill, but we cannot win this battle on our own. Your message to the Senate is critical. We need to flood Senate offices with faxes opposing the BBB.
The BBB will increase the size of the IRS and unleash 160,000 new agents to harass people. This is the same IRS that had to pay 3.5 million dollars to more than 400 conservative nonprofit groups whose applications were rejected or delayed during Obama’s election.
Build Back Better will empower the IRS to repeat this sordid history.
Our D.C. staff spoke in Washington at a press conference against the BBB, and we are working with members of the Senate to stop this destructive bill. Since this is a budget bill, it requires only 51 votes.
The Republicans are opposed to the BBB, but we also need one or two Democrats to stop the bill. Send your urgent fax today.
