The FBI and other law enforcement organizations have historically used corrupt and potentially lethal covert tactics, although many people may not be aware of this. There hasn’t been much if any, discussion of this potentially fatal corruption among especially covert law enforcement organizations like the FBI and perhaps even local police, which may be done on purpose.
People in local and federal governments probably don’t want Americans to know about their covert and secretive activities.
Some of these unethical covert or covert acts by the FBI and other law enforcement, intelligence, and police organizations are described in a U.S. Senate report (pdf below). Although the 1976 U.S. Senate report cannot be fully described in this article, there is reason to suspect that corruption has increased rather than decreased since that time. The examples in the report may not be the absolute worst, but they should still be considered.
A concerned citizen may want to consider whether events in the news are real, false information and propaganda, or hoaxes propagated by the FBI or possibly even local police entities after reading this article’s description of some of that corruption, particularly the use of covert propaganda and potentially lethal tactics. It could be interesting to consider the types of cutting-edge, remote and covert surveillance and torture technologies and tactics that such entities might employ.
FBI and Intelligence Community’s deadly ‘vicious tactics’
Numerous examples are given in the U.S. Senate report, including the following:
Unsavory and vicious tactics have been employed – including anonymous attempts to break up marriages, disrupt meetings, ostracize persons from their professions, and provoke target groups into rivalries that might result in deaths. Intelligence agencies have served the political and personal objectives of presidents and other high officials. While the agencies often committed excesses in response to pressure from high officials in the Executive branch and Congress, they also occasionally initiated improper activities and then concealed them from officials whom they had a duty to inform.
In addition to using “vicious tactics” such as obstructing a person’s employment possibilities, government officials have also “advocated and defended their right to break the law over a long period of time.” They have attempted to “provoke targeted groups” into schisms, most likely using covert stalking techniques that fool one person or group into believing that the other group committed the deed, when in fact the FBI or another law enforcement agency was responsible. Such a technique involves “anonymous attempts,” most likely made through emails or forged letters, “to break up marriages.” This is also referred to as “divide and conquer.” Many people are probably not surprised by this. It is important to remember this since similar approaches may be used.
‘Secret offensive actions against Americans’ and ‘covert efforts to influence political action’
In the study, the FBI is also criticized for using “tactics unworthy of a democracy, and occasionally reminiscent of the tactics of totalitarian regimes.” (Page 3) The FBI formerly employed clandestine methods with “totalitarian regimes”. According to the document, “repressive activity” was engaged in by the corrupt actions of the FBI and its predecessor, and over time, the FBI and domestic intelligence activities “beyond investigation of criminal conduct toward the collection of political intelligence and the launching of secret offensive actions against Americans.” (Page 21)
Anyone should find it troubling when the FBI or other government agencies engage in “secret offensive actions against Americans.” Few people have the legal ability to challenge the FBI or other government agencies, especially given how difficult it is to prove that the FBI or other entities committed crimes.
The document also claims that over a number of years, the FBI and other organizations repeated the corruption. (Page 21) As a result, it appears that “totalitarian tactics” were not just the work of a small number of corrupt individuals; corruption persisted, and it is reasonable to assume that criminals themselves were likely looking for employment in the nearly limitless power of the FBI and other organizations. It seems that organizations like the FBI are still capable of engaging in “otherwise illegal activity.”
The FBI utilized “intelligence as a vehicle for covert efforts to influence social policy and political action,” according to a report from the U.S. Senate. (Page 240) This is important and might be especially relevant in light of recent events in the United States and perhaps even in other nations. The FBI is an international police entity.
It is crucial to reiterate that the FBI expressly engaged in “covert efforts,” in other words, the FBI carried out “covert offensive actions against Americans” and attempted to “influence social policy and political action” in secret. Without a sizable number of covert or secret police personnel working for the FBI or another secret police organization that the FBI employs for its hoaxes, ruses, ploys, and “otherwise illegal activity,” it is unlikely that such covert actions could be carried out. These “covert efforts to influence social policy and political action” have probably been, and likely still are, significant events that make local or national news.
Although it cannot be further explained here, it should be noted that the U.S. Senate report on the FBI’s alleged “covert efforts” to “influence social policy and political action” was reportedly published in 1976. What “social policies and political actions” the FBI “covertly” affected before 1976 may be a point of contention.
FBI allowed to covertly commit ‘otherwise illegal activity’
A “covert effort to influence social policy and political action” could be what? One type of “covert effort to influence social policy” might be for one or more FBI employees or non-employees directed by the FBI to commit a crime and then attempt to falsely accuse a person or group of the crime the FBI committed (page 12). The FBI appears to allow itself to engage in “otherwise illegal activity” in this way.
As an example, there might be a group of individuals who have openly labeled specific behaviors as “intrinsically evil” and/or “disordered.” It appears possible that, based on what is stated in the U.S. Senate report, the FBI might actually commit a crime, try to have the crime reported in the local or national news, and then try to falsely accuse a person or group in order to discredit them and win the false sympathy of America or local communities. Therefore, this could “covertly influence social policy and political action” to favor the goals of corrupt government officials. Given their own policies, which supposedly permit them to engage in “otherwise illegal activity,” it would seem that the FBI should be potential suspects in some or many crimes if there is a just system in America.
Such “covert effort to influence social policy and political action” may also involve hoaxes, “ruses or ploys” and legal “strategic deceptions,” which the FBI reportedly used frequently, or at least allegedly employed frequently at one point in the past. (Page 132) A pandemic that is false or baseless is one option. Other possibilities could be discovered by simply noting the numerous and frequently bizarre alleged crimes that frequently make local or national news, seem to be timed to divert attention from the corruption in the U.S. federal government, and are then immediately used, frequently by liberals, to “influence social policy and political action.” One would want to doubt the validity of such events after learning about the history of the FBI and other law enforcement or police entities’ use of ruses, ploys, and hoaxes, even though some or many of the major events in the news may be true.
Necessary distinction: evil people in government vs. government itself
It is essential to distinguish between government and evil individuals inside it because the FBI, intelligence community, and (mainly) covert law enforcement institutions in the aforementioned U.S. Senate document engaged in lying and other evil actions. Such individuals may have been bad before working for the government; they may have purposefully sought employment with the FBI or another secret law enforcement agency in order to conduct crimes against people they dislike without facing consequences. While it may be impossible to determine if the FBI and other clandestine organizations are more or less corrupt today than they were in the 1930s through the 1970s, it can be claimed that the American government at the moment contains a sizable amount of evil.
One may legitimately conclude that given the “substantial increase” in the use of “community-oriented policing” strategies introduced by then-Senator Biden in numerous places across America, such corruption not only persists but may have become significantly more widespread. (108 STAT. 1807) These individuals are most certainly clandestine or secret FBI, police, intelligence, or other law enforcement personnel, or at the very least they may be.
Totalitarian regimes, of course, deploy widespread monitoring and torture against their own citizens, often for as little as opposing or criticizing government officials. This is not something that can be discussed here.
A genuinely concerned citizen might try and identify all of the potential causes of those major occurrences when observing current events and what are said to be major crimes or other major occurrences (like what is reported to be the COVID-19 pandemic) published in the national news, local news, and even the international news. Due to the FBI’s and possibly other law enforcement agencies’ seemingly limitless authority, wealth, corrupt past, prior history of “often” employing strategic deception and hoaxes as “covert efforts to influence social policy and political action,” “covert propaganda,” probably numerous covert employees in local communities, and U.S. federal laws that appear to permit the FBI and local police to commit hoaxes and spread false information in the news, it seems that an FBI or even local police hoax should be considered to be a possible cause of at least some of those occurrences described in the news.
While it cannot be discussed here, it could be interesting to consider what kinds of cutting-edge new surveillance technologies and strategies such entities might employ.
The “law enforcement exemption” in U.S. Federal Law, which appears to allow the FBI and possibly local police to commit hoaxes and spread false information, as well as numerous other “law enforcement exemptions” not mentioned here, should be repealed because it is impossible for human beings to live in a society without mutual confidence that each is being truthful to the other. With the help of cutting-edge innovative remote and covert surveillance and torture technologies, it is likely that such powerful and corrupt individuals who believe they can do whatever they want and get away with it—until they stand before the Just Judgment of God, Who does not permit such actions—will continue to commit the crimes mentioned in the U.S. Senate report and possibly even worse crimes. If future government employees are less corrupt, they might be able to use just laws to do genuine good and avoid evil. At the very least, such people cannot argue that what they are doing is legal.
