uo;road check’, compel any performance, with or without ‘suspicion’.   Anyone who, under common law/constitution, fails to produce ‘evidence’ of ‘identity’, ie. ‘papers please!!’, falls into classification of a statutorily defined ‘juristic’ ‘non person’.  Their statutes/regulations are all about word art meaning and useage for ‘law enforcement’ ‘authority’, and are the basis for false claims to be created as ‘violations’ of their statutes/regulations, Executive Orders etc.   Even a ‘non person’ is defined, which within their HLS styled ‘national security’ regime,  give the U.S. CORPORATION authority to ‘detain’ anyone, no matter what their ‘status’.  Every American national of any ‘state’ who consents to these searches and stops, a form of being detained, gives way to presumed jurisdiction and authority, even if one knows what one’s status, national identity, standing, capacity etc. are in/at law. 

The “traveler” [not ‘driver’] in this video has done a fine job, better than most, of causing the aggressive HLS INS agent to cease/desist with the incident, by remaining on focus:   “AM I BEING DETAINED??”  “AM I FREE TO GO??”  By compelling them to answer one’s question, one gives no grant of authority or accepts no offer to contract with the U.S. in the form of its compelled or induced [by obstruction and threat of force] demands to perform.   Once the agent realized that she could not gain ‘agreement’ or ‘acceptance’ and the man was not arguing constitution or common law or actually refusing anything, but was first establishing the fact basis for their authority to do what they are up to, the incident shifted.  Unfortunately, the general run of local, state, and federal agents now all operating under HLS as deputies, will not treat such responses in the manner this woman did by agreeing that the traveler should pass and not be detained further.

We have new information, just in overnight, which completely supports a reasonable conclusion that we are now at the time of ‘pickups’ of People who do not respond to or accept this authority or demonstrate the demanded respect or response and paperwork as to the nature of the detention.  Detainees shall not be given any due process rights, and may be detained indefinitely w/o legal process.

This is the beginning of the Black Boot raising of the ‘force level’ against America under fascist Executive Authority.  I cannot but feel that the apparent ‘delays’ in announcements and NESARA, deliveries etc. have been intended to bring us to the point we are now at as of this writing.   We have also just been reassured that HLS is operating through each State DMV State Trooper Division and that their new scanning technology will be in operation now that it is tested and ‘calibrated’.   This allows for the RFD filament or chip in cash currency, driver licenses, credit cards, etc. to be sensed and data recorded instantly, unless those media are triple wrapped in foil or whatever.   I do not know what their ‘policy’ will be on ‘limits’ of cash currency in possession, but have been told last year that it was at that time [of testing] set at $4K.  I suspect the limits may be lower at this time and that confiscations of cash is part of what is going on.   That which is confiscated gets divie’d up between the local and federal level, and once seized, the burden is on the property owner to bring an action, usually by/through a BAR attorney, to see if the STATE will return it…..sure thing!!

It is reasonable to assume State troopers are under new authority since this past weekend and it will begin a new level of asserting authority of their agency and office, but it is all under HLS.  Road checks with new scanners etc. were operating locally in North Carolina under HLS ‘check point’ operations.
