I remember back in the early 1990's whenever black helicopters with no markings were being witnessed, and reported on , that the general public viewed such accounts as conspiracy fringe noises, not to be taken at all seriously, but more to the point, and more often than not, would attack those claiming to have seen them. What are we looking at here, maybe a 24 year delay in the learning curve?
