JUDGE TO OBAMA DOJ: JUSTIFY WITHHOLDING INFORMATION ON BLACK PANTHER SCANDAL
Jim Kouri, Law Enforcement Examiner
The Black Panther case dismissal and subsequent coverup, the lawsuits against Arizona and Alabama over their immigration enforcement laws, the Operation Fast and Furious firearms scandal, and other suspicious activity have caused many Americans to believe the Department of Justice is the most corrupt law enforcement agency in the United States today.
A federal court on Thursday rejected a claim by President Barack Obama's Justice Department for its withholding of documents related to its dismissal of a controversial case of voter intimidation based on race.
“We already know the Obama administration’s claim that political appointees were not involved in this decision is patently false. And now Justice Department officials continue to fight tooth and nail to stonewall the release of additional information. What else do they have to hide? This new court ruling means we may pry loose some additional information on this voter intimidation scandal,” Fitton noted.
