BREAKING: New Fight At The Supreme Court
HON. EUGENE DELGAUDIO
You and I have another chance to defend Religious Liberty at the U.S. Supreme Court!
The U.S. Supreme Court agreed to hear the Fulton v. City of Philadelphia case to decide whether faith-based adoption agencies can stay true to their faith.
You see, Philadelphia's Catholic Social Services (CSS) was practicing their right to religious freedom by protecting children from being adopted by homosexual couples.
And when homosexual activists heard they would no longer be able to warp the young minds of foster children...
... They launched a FULL assault on the CSS.
Newspapers dragged the CSS through the mud for disobeying the homosexual agenda, and like always, the bureaucrats in the city of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania fell in line.
CSS -– which has been in place for over a century -- had their foster care referrals by the city SUSPENDED.
Putting CSS's entire operation in jeopardy.
All for staying true to God's word and refusing to allow children to fall under the care of sodomites and being forced to accept their perverse lifestyles.
And that's why I'm writing you today.
I plan to ensure that CSS's right to Religious Liberty is no longer violated by anti-Family bureaucrats so they can continue to protect America's foster children.
Because you know exactly what will happen if the Homosexual Lobby and their allies win in this new case at the Supreme Court.
They will twist the arms of Christians across the nation to adhere to their radical homosexual agenda.
They will use CSS as an example to terrorize other Christian-based organizations to fall in line or face the same fate.
And if we don't win in this new case and protect Catholic Social Services, there will be little that you and I can do.
That's why Public Advocate needs to go on the offensive and protect CSS by using our proven tactics and hard-hitting Amicus Brief to put the pressure on the Supreme Court.
My friend, very few pro-Family organizations can say that they have taken on the Homosexual Lobby and DEFEATED them at the highest court in the land like Public Advocate has.
From defending Jack Phillips' right to Religious Liberty in the Masterpiece Cakeshop v. Colorado Civil Rights Commission case in 2018...
To protecting the 95-year-old Veterans Memorial Peace Cross in Bladensburg, Maryland from being torn down by radical atheists in The American Legion v. American Humanist Association case just last year.
Not to mention, our current Supreme Court case to stop the judicial version of the Homosexual Lobby's crown-jewel agenda, the Gay Bill of Special Rights (H.R. 5 & S. 788).
A case in which your Public Advocate filed not one, but two Amicus Briefs, and is the only pro-Family group that can say they have been involved since the beginning.
So as you can see, your Public Advocate has the tools necessary to take on the Homosexual Lobby, no matter where the stage is set.
But none of this is possible without pro-Family Americans like you.
Thanks to your past support, I've stopped these Justices from stomping on our right to Religious Liberty.
And I need you to join me once again to preserve the values you and I cherish by helping your Public Advocate introduce one of our hard-hitting Amicus Briefs in this new case.
The only problem is, these Amicus Briefs are anything but cheap.
That's why I hope you will see just how important this fight to protect Catholic Social Services' right to Religious Liberty is by chipping in $10 or $25 today.
With your financial support, I will be able to pay my lawyers to create and introduce our proven Amicus Brief in this historic case.
And if I raise enough funds, I would like to launch our successful grassroots programs to double-down the pressure on these Justices.
Patrick, this is a fight you and the millions of American Christians can't afford to lose.
Whether it is $100, $50, $25, or even a small gift of $5, anything you can give today would be a blessing in this important fight.
I hope I can count on you to join your Public Advocate.
God bless you, and God bless America.
For the Family,
HON. EUGENE DELGAUDIO
