Rena, a former Liberty Counsel attorney and now a law professor in Virginia, was fraudulently registered to vote in Michigan under her maiden name, at her parents' address, as a Democrat.

Yet, Rena lives in Virginia, has been married for many years and is a Republican.

I have Rena's sworn affidavit, which has now been submitted to the Trump campaign and the U.S. Department of Justice. I have also spoken with Rena several times about this shocking development.

On Fox Business, Attorney Rudy Giuliani said, "We now are up to a count of about 650,000 ballots that are unlawful ballots that were cast in Philadelphia and Pittsburgh." However, Joe Biden is only 48,000 votes ahead of President Trump in that state.

Even if only 8% of the ballots that Giuliani is calling into question are proven to be fraudulent, that would still be enough for Trump to win Pennsylvania.

Yesterday, a Pennsylvania judge ruled that the state may not count ballots where the voters needed to provide proof of identification and failed to do so by the deadline. The judge ruled the Democratic Secretary of State had no authority to extend the deadline.

Pennsylvania is not the only state with concerns.

In Detroit, MI, a new lawsuit claims a huge number of ballots were fraudulently counted. "After election officials announced the last absentee ballots had been received, another batch of unsecured and unsealed ballots, without envelopes, arrived in trays. There were approximately 40,000 of these ballots, and every ballot was counted orally and attributed only to Democratic candidates."

The lawsuit continues: "After poll challengers started discovering the fraud taking place at the TCF Center, Defendant election officials and workers locked credentialed challengers out of the counting room so they could not observe the process, during which time tens of thousands of ballots were processed."

Already the Republican National Committee has gathered at least 198 more affidavits about additional problems in the same county.

"What's being said in the mass media, that we have no evidence, is a complete, absolute lie," said Giuliani.

Yesterday was the cut-off date in North Carolina to receive ballots post marked by Nov 3. Already President Trump has a lead of 73,000 votes and is expected to win that state without a recount.

As I said before, this election process is far from over. There is NO President-Elect. The rule of law must be followed. This is very serious. This election and all future elections depend on our actions today.
