One seat on the Court will change our future
Mat Staver
Our nation is at a crossroads over one vacant seat on the Supreme Court. This moment has the power to influence so much more than abortion. We have been given the opportunity to change the most influential court in the world.
But there is still a question. Will we as a nation take the opportunity or blow it? Will our leaders shrink from the heated conflict they will assuredly face to move forward?
I will unpack for you the true legacy of Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg below. Then contrast that to the shining potential future that is now possible for our nation. But first, I ask you to stand with the President and Senate majority right now as the battle intensifies. Make your voice heard now with an urgent fax. - Mat

Abortion is clearly a life-or-death issue. During the 26 years that Justice Ginsburg sat on the U.S. Supreme Court, there were about 22.5 million abortions reported. That means 11+ million American females were killed under the radical, so-called feminist leadership of Justice Ginsburg.
Justice Ginsburg herself admitted that she thought abortion was intended to eliminate "populations that we don't want to have too many of." And under her leadership, the total number of Americans killed by abortion is three, almost four, times the number of Jews killed by Hitler.
If we just took one second of silence to honor every American life lost to abortion under Justice Ginsburg, we would have to sit in complete silence for 260 days... or more than 8 months!
What a devastating legacy!
Now is the time to change this in our nation, but it is going to be a fierce battle against the culture of death that has reigned supreme for decades. Make your voice heard with a fax and message to urge our President and senators to act now to appoint a U.S. Supreme Court Justice.

Those deaths are not Justice Ginsburg's only legacy.
Justice Ginsburg officiated several same-sex ceremonies, one even at the U.S. Supreme Court shortly before Obergefell v. Hodges reached her desk. She agreed to do the ceremony within days of being asked, and she even helped the men write vows. When the landmark LGBT case came, she refused to recuse herself from it despite her previous activism.
She voted against my case on the display of the Ten Commandments and dissented against the display of the Peace Cross war memorial in Maryland, not wanting Americans to see religious images in our nation.
However, the most devastating impact Justice Ginsburg had, goes far beyond our borders. She visited Egypt and recommended that they not look to the U.S. Constitution but instead look to South Africa's documents when creating their own. Their nation has seen significant violence and upheaval in the eight years since then. During my trips to Israel, I saw how Justices on Israel's Supreme Court pointed to Roe v. Wade to justify judicial activism in their own courts. Ginsburg was the most radical judicial activist on the High Court.
Now is the moment to fight to change not just our own nation's leadership but also demand protections for life and justice around the whole world. We have the opportunity to promote laws that uphold freedom and justice—but not if we squander this moment.
Make your voice heard to urge our leaders to act now despite the threats of violence and riots from radicals. Send your important message by fax to the Senate and to the White House right away.

The next Supreme Court Justice has the power to impact generations of judges because law students are required to read, study, and are trained using the opinions of the U.S. Supreme Court. This new Justice will have a hand in shaping the judicial philosophies of lawyers, judges and justices for decades to come.
This is a bright future, and we hold the key to it in our hands right now.
Several senators have said that they will vote on the "qualifications" of the candidate, which is an easy excuse to vote against a nominee if the pressure gets too hot for them.
Right now, is the time to make our voices heard and encourage our senators to hold the line. Our voice on Capitol Hill is so critical to keep these senators from crumbling under the intense pressure they will face. Send your fax now.

Our team is passionately working hard to fight for you. I was just on an hour-long interview with more than 100 radio stations in America.
I was able to discuss the discrimination of churches nationwide and how the freedom of pastors and people of faith will be impacted by this battle at the U.S. Supreme Court. This was possible because of the support from our friends and donors.
We are on the forefront of this heated battle for the high court of our nation. Already radicals are threatening that "nothing is off the table." We need to get ready for these attacks on Capitol Hill. And your donation today will help organize and answer these vitriolic, violent attacks.

It is an honor to be guiding you and our nation through these tumultuous times and I am deeply grateful for your support, prayers, and concern about these battles.
Blessings,
