Before the nomination of Judge Amy Coney Barrett entered the work week, ruthless attack dogs were already trying to rip her to shreds.

Many years ago, Judge Barrett, and her husband Jesse, opened their home to adopt two children from Haiti. Over the weekend radicals twisted that kindness into a basis to accuse her of being a racist “colonizer” for adopting these black children, and some even charged this as human trafficking!

Judge Barrett’s generosity is a testimony of her family’s warmth. And her brilliance is seen as she skillfully manages a stellar judicial career alongside a loving home with seven children, the youngest of whom has Down syndrome.

Yet she is being smeared and attacked because radicals know how important this seat is on the U.S. Supreme Court and they will stop at nothing to block her nomination.

Judge Barrett was nominated to her current position on the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals with bipartisan support from three Democrat senators—Joe Donnelly (IN), Joe Manchin (WV), and Tim Kaine (VA). There she has adjudicated more than 500 cases with a consistent and strong conservative perspective.

During her previous confirmation, Judge Barrett received the support of ALL 49 of her Notre Dame Law colleagues, even from those with radically different legal viewpoints.

In addition, she had received three times the prestigious award of "Most Distinguished Professor of the Year" at Notre Dame Law School and more than 450 former students wrote a letter endorsing her last nomination.

Judge Barrett received the instant support of leaders across Capitol Hill:

• "Judge Amy Coney Barrett is an exceptionally impressive jurist and an exceedingly well-qualified nominee to the Supreme Court of the United States," said Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell.

   

• "Amy Coney Barrett is an impeccable jurist and an extraordinarily thoughtful, principled woman committed to our Constitution," said House Minority Whip Steve Scalise.

   

• "Judge Barrett is highly qualified in all the areas that matter – character, integrity, intellect, and judicial disposition," said Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Lindsey Graham.

   

• "This is a big moment for religious conservatives. For years we’ve been told to take a back seat in #SCOTUS nominations, but not any longer," said conservative Senator Josh Hawley.

   

• In addition, 160 legislators, governors, lieutenant governors, and attorneys general have publicly supported Judge Barrett's nomination to the Supreme Court.

   

However, some Senate Democrats already have turned against Judge Barrett - refusing to even meet with her. Others are meeting with her only in an attempt to find dirt on her legal philosophy.

Radicals are trying to play politics with the U.S. Supreme Court. I need your help to flood the Senate with your voice demanding an honest, and fair confirmation of this impeccably qualified judge.

Judge Amy Coney Barrett was involved in ruling on three abortion cases.

The first involved the free speech rights of protestors outside abortion clinics, another involved a ban on eugenic discriminatory abortions, and the last one discussed parental notification for minors who wish to have an abortion. In all three cases Judge Barrett supported the Constitution and freedom of speech.

In less than two months, the Supreme Court will likely take up cases on contested elections, Obamacare, a lawsuit against Google, religious freedom, border security, church restrictions, counseling, and other critical cases.
