Judge Amy Coney Barrett had nine meetings back-to-back yesterday with senators and the press. But what is deeply concerning is how some legislators and the fake "news" are attacking Judge Barrett for her faith.

Their message is clear: people of faith are unfit to serve our nation.

Sen. Dianne Feinstein of California, clearly judged the faith of Amy Coney Barrett. During her first confirmation hearing, Sen. Feinstein famously stated, "The dogma lives loudly within you."

This is a critical time to stand up and demand freedom for people of faith—including Judge Barrett—to serve at the highest levels in our nation. Send your fax to the Senate to demand that people of faith not be blocked from leadership positions in America. - Mat

Our nation is being pushed to a dangerous place. Radicals are demanding that Christians be banned from leadership for no other reason than their faith. To push this agenda, radicals are coming up with ridiculous accusations against Judge Amy Coney Barrett.

They are claiming that this happily married wife, incredible mother, excellent professor, outstanding jurist, and a woman that was just nominated to the highest court in America, is secretly suppressed and subjugated by her church and her husband.

That is absolutely ludicrous.

In reality, these radicals can't stand to place a Christian on this Court. They can't stand to see a Justice who will abide by the original intent and meaning of the Constitution and the laws. They want a judicial activist like the late Justice Ginsburg. They want a Court that will do what they are unable to do in Congress. Amy Coney Barrett stands for everything they oppose.

Sen. Schumer is on record attacking the faith of a previous judicial nominee. He stated the nominee's "beliefs are so well known, so deeply held, that it is very hard to believe ... that they are not going to deeply influence the way he comes about saying, 'I will follow the law,' and that would be true of anybody who had very, very deeply held views."

Yesterday, Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer refused to even meet with Judge Amy Coney Barrett. He said, "Why would I meet with a nominee of such an illegitimate process?" However, the process isn't illegitimate at all, it's the faith of the nominee that he sees as illegitimate. And that is reason enough for Sen. Schumer and other radicals in the Senate.

We urgently need to fight back against the lie that Christians are unfit to serve in politics and judicial positions. We cannot let Sen. Schumer's shocking insinuation go unanswered. Send your fax now to ever single senator and demand they give Judge Barrett a fair and delay-free trial.

Yesterday, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell said, "I had the opportunity to meet with Judge Barrett earlier today. I left our discussion even more convinced that President Trump has nominated exactly the kind of outstanding person whom the American people deserve to have on their highest Court. Americans deserve brilliant judges with first-rate legal minds. Judge Barrett is that and then some."

But radicals don't want brilliant judges, they want activist judges pushing their secular humanist religion.

But Article VI of the Constitution is clear, "No religious test shall ever be required as a qualification to any office." The article clearly includes judicial positions in its prohibition.

Initially, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi ignored concerns that her party will again apply an unconstitutional atheist/religious test for Judge Barrett. She dismissed it as, "I'm not going to get into anybody's interpretation of one thing or another."

A religious test is clearly prohibited by the highest law in the land. But that is quickly dismissed by radicals like Speaker Pelosi and Sen. Feinstein.

It is up to people of faith and those who uphold the Constitution to push back against the secularist agenda that says to serve on the High Court you cannot be a devout Christian. Make your voice heard in the Senate with an urgent fax today supporting Judge Barrett and the elevation of other people of faith to leadership positions within America.

Senator Ted Cruz also met with Judge Barrett yesterday. He warned that he expects radicals to mount a "scorched-earth warfare against Supreme Court nominees." He said, "I fully expect the confirmation hearing to be a political circus ... we're already seeing them target Judge Barrett's young kids, which is really despicable. Kids should be off-limits."

But radicals will attack kids, they will attack people of faith, and they will attack you in order to push their extremist agenda. They have already shamelessly attacked Judge Barrett and her husband, Jesse, for adopting two children from Haiti, calling it colonialism and racist.

Judge Amy Coney Barrett is a loving wife and mother. Her youngest child has Down syndrome. Amy and Jesse of course did not abort the baby, which makes some of these radicals livid. She respects human life. Judge Barrett is like Super Woman, balancing marriage, seven children, and an outstanding legal career. She is a woman of devout Christian faith, and a jurist who is devoted to the original intent of the Constitution. In other words, Judge Barrett represents the opposite of the radical secularists.

Fight back with your support for Judge Barrett right now. Demand that the Senate avoid unconstitutional religious tests against honorable people of faith with your fax today.
