The Democrats have been obstructing the Trump administration from day 1, it goes beyond anti-Trump rallies and protests. The rot the Democrats have caused extends into the very way the country operates. Trump has not been able to get any of his nominees through Congress, this has affected his ambassadors the most. As of today, a quarter of United States embassies have vacancies and most other embassies are home to Obama-Era officials as opposed to Trump nominees.

President Trump has been unable to get an ambassador to Canada, this is devastating considering that Canada is a major trading partner of the US and recent policy changes might open the door for further dialogue. President Trump doesn’t have the time to deal with all of these issues at once, he needs ambassadors and staff to handle them, Obama-era bureaucrats just aren't going to cut it.

Japan, one of the US’ top allies in the far east is left with no ambassador due to constant obstruction from the Democrats. Japan, however, is a special case and things have worked out for the most part due to the President’s attention to detail.

Pakistan and India are almost at a state of war and the US is unable to get an ambassador to Pakistan. If the situation deteriorates the government of Pakistan will not have an ambassador to talk too and will have to go straight to a low-level bureaucrat, this may be seen as a sign of disrespect.

Despite the constant claims of Russian Collusion form the left, President Trump has not been able to secure an ambassador to Russia. This leaves tensions high and requires involvement from the administration directly, is that what the left really wants considering their claims of Russian Collusion?

Malta is a small island nation just south of Italy that is largely known for being a European tax haven. While not having an ambassador here is less problematic than other nations on this list it is still a shame that Congress can not let Trump appoint a nominee to such a small country.

Singapore is a small city-state but serves as one of the world's largest financial centers. The United States has no ambassador here, Obama holdovers run the foreign policy here and that is unacceptable. We have seen in the past that Trump’s approach to Asia has been much more effective than Obama’s approach.

The Bahamas has had many issues in recent years and an Ambassador would be able to help solve these problems a lot faster than bureaucrats. Unfortunately, Trump has been unable to appoint one to the region.

Belize is a small Central American country that tends to stay out of the news but it is in the news today for the US not having appointed an ambassador to the nation. Regardless of how big or small a country is the US should have a representative there in case any problems are to arise, it is unacceptable how much the Democrats are weighing down this President!
