Under what concept or theory of American law or Constitution condition is any official function of government, in any branch, authorized to operate in any manner, at any time, to ignore, circumvent or deny access to the legal and political protections of the Bill of Rights?

Will Mr. Schiff identify the portion of the Constitution, it’s controlling Bill of Rights, Mr. Schiff’s public servants oath or service contract, or any Statute of Congress, authorizing an official government action to ignore, circumvent and deny access to any one for any reason, the legal protections of the a Bill of Rights?

Under what authority does Mr. Schiff, as Impeachment Commissar, ignore, circumvent and deny access to any one for any reason, the legal protections of the a Bill of Rights, particularly to a sitting, duly elected President.

In the likely event Mr. Schiff refuses or is unable to identify authority found by reference to the US Constitution, Bill of Rights, or good standing Statute, to support his actions, will Mr. Schiff admit his hearings are void of no political or legal value?

Mr. Schiff, in the event you as Chairman ( defacto prosecutor, judge and jury ) are unwilling to Certify for the Record, that, these proceedings reflect that the target of this Impeachment, Donald Trump, was provided full process due and owed by all government officers and agents, in full accord with the Bill of Rights, THIS HEARING IS A PRIVATE ACTION?

Mr Schiff, have you advised your Democratic colleagues that actions by public servants, under defective disguise of lawful and legal exercise of authority, when the fundamental law of the Bill of Rights is circumvented, the actors have no immunity under lawful session of Congress and are personally liable for their usurpation of government process?

Mr. Schiff, this is simply because to receive immunity under the law you must comply with the laws, all of them!
