PELOSI WILL NEVER BE PRESIDIENT BECAUSE THE LINE OF SUCCESSION IS UNCONSTITUTIONAL

There is an endless amount of misinformation about who becomes President in the event where the sitting President is impeached or is no longer to perform the duties of the President. The Rules of succession are actually pretty simple and if Trump is somehow removed from office, although that is certainly unlikely, we may see the Supreme Court battle of the Century.
As things are now, after Trump the Vice President would take a seat in the Oval Office. Common Knowledge suggests that Nancy Pelosi, the Speaker of the House, would take the office next… but this may not be constitutional or even logical.
In the constitution, it states that Congress will designate which Officer comes next. Note that Officer is capitalized, this is very important in the constitution. This term, Officer, is used to describe officials who have been appointed to a cabinet position. This being considered, the Speaker of the House is not the one who would be appointed to the office of the President in the case of the removal of the President and the Vice President.
The process of Presidential Succession has always been problematic and heavily debated but the constitution has the answer. James Madison, the father of our founding documents, heavily criticized the original act in 1792. Madison criticized it for not being constitutional and being a move drowned in politics. At the time no one in Congress wanted to see Thomas Jefferson or Alexander Hamilton become the President due to an unexpected passing of the President.
With all this in mind, it is not unreasonable to think that if President Trump and Mike Pence were removed from office the Republican Party would take the fight to the Supreme court. Unfortunately for Pelosi, the evidence is on the side of the RNC and a Trump Appointee would likely be put in the position.
With all this out of the way, here is the official order of Presidential Succession:
1.) Vice President
2.) Secretary of State
3.) Secretary of the Treasury
4.) Secretary of War
5.) Attorney-General
6.) Postmaster-General
7.) Secretary of the Navy
8.) Secretary of the Interior
Beyond this it comes down to the order in which the office was established, the cabinet officer would be selected to take over the office of the President. Don't worry too much about impeachment, it is unlikely that Trump is going to be impeached and if he does Pelosi won't become the President.
