Same gun control line came from Hitler in 1939! WE will make you safe--Only Govt persons, police, and military/brown shirts could own guns!--all pro-Hitler of course.....after gun confiscation took place, German Jews were given FREE train rides. All should read the account of the Warsaw Ghetto fight put up by the Jews!! They held off the Germans for one month.....May, 1943! Herioc Jews in Warsaw managed to procure and steal guns earlier and hid them for later & fought highly trained well armed German Troops who were later amazed at their fighting and bravery! And these troops just walked into the ghetto to round up the Jews for transport not knowing brave men were waiting armed and willing to put their lives on the line for their families.
Same line of "Give us your Guns" came from Stalin--Millions rounded up and killed for complete control
Same line used by Mao......zillions killed in gun free zones.......Now, do you get it?
ALL of 1,000+ years of history is replete with the Lesson NOT learned, Govts. disarming the populations turning Citizens into Subjects then mass murder for more efficient government. Our Founding Fathers sure knew their history & what they were doing! And, note well it is the Second Amendment and not number 20 because the early writings by Jefferson, et al. knew that Absolute Power corrupted men......and that "Democracy will have to be refreshed by blood from time to time"....Jefferson.
AND WONDER IF THE AMERICAN INDIANS EVER REGRETTED NOT HAVING SECURE BORDERS?
