We want guns, not gun laws

New polls show public prefers
gun rights over gun control

Maybe Americans are smarter than we thought. If recent gun law polls are any indication, the Jewish public relations blitz by Israeli-firsters in Congress and Zionist shills in the mainstream media has not convinced the American people that they need to be prevented from owning guns.
Add in the growing skepticism of all these suspicious violent episodes sprouting up all over the world — specifically Paris and Sydney — that are turning out to be false flag facsimiles of terror events, and you have a clear trend that people prefer having their own guns rather than relying on untrustworthy cops and being restricted by increasingly intrusive gun control laws.
People are beginning to remember that private gun ownership is the one thing that assures their government won't abuse them.
It now appears that the government's Jewish-dominated, obnoxious and misleading campaign for new restrictive gun control laws has failed, if the results of these three major polls are any indication.
In addition these poll results favoring the public's right to bear arms comes despite the tragic but suspicious Sandy Hook event, which indicates significant skepticism on the part of the public that the much publicized so-called massacre of schoolchildren actually happened.
In December 2014, the Pew Research Center poll revealed that 52 percent of respondents said it was more important to protect the right of Americans to own guns than it was to enact new gun control laws. This was a 9-point increase since 2012 in the percentage of Americans who said gun ownership is more important than gun control.
More and more people now believe more guns means less crime.
When criminals understand people are capable of protecting themselves, crime decreases.
A recent Gallup poll was 63-30 in favor of the Second Amendment, yet New World Order politicians continue to rev up the hysteria against private ownership of firearms. CNN's poll showed 50 percent were in favor of no additional gun control laws.
All the polls say the same thing — a majority of Americans believe gun rights are more important than gun control.
Despite the media blitz in favor of gun control, people are acknowledging the notion that guns not only protect them against crime, they protect them against the government, particularly against psycho cops who shoot innocent people for no particular reason. Americans killed by cops now outnumber Americans killed in the Iraq war http://thefreethoughtproject.com/americans-killed-cops-outnumber-americans-killed-iraq-war/
The Crime Prevention Research Center reports that opposition to gun control has been increasing over the last couple of decades. http://crimepreventionresearchcenter.org/tag/survey-on-gun-ownership/
And in particular, the Gallup Poll result was a shockingly large turnaround. An increase of 49 points over a 2000 poll in which Americans went 51-35 FOR gun control had changed in 2014 to 63-30 AGAINST gun control. This despite the fact that gun control groups spend seven times as much money on ads as do pro gun groups.
The general consensus among Americans seems to be that authorities seem a lot more interested in taking guns from legal owners than they are in stopping crime on the streets. http://www.foxnews.com/opinion/2014/12/30/why-most-americans-oppose-more-gun-control/
The new trend of loosening gun laws rather than tightening them has even reached the halls of Congress as gunowners.org has started a campaign to get rid of the anti-gun Speaker of the House John Boehner (D-Ohio) http://gunowners.org/news152015.htm.
And the trend for more public access to guns is even reflected in the reporting of the pro-gun law group Law Center to Prevent Gun Violence http://smartgunlaws.org/tracking-state-gun-laws-2014-developments/
In April of this year, Georgia Governor Nathan Deal signed HB 60, a bill which expands the ability to carry firearms in public spaces such as bars and airports. The media was quick to report that this bill is evidence of a backlash against the many significant gun violence prevention laws enacted in the states last year, despite the media’s predominant narrative from last year that, after Newtown, more states weakened gun laws and the gun lobby “won”. The truth is that the recent media narratives are far from accurate.
Ironically, this pro gun law group has been caught in its own hypocrisy. In fact, these "recent media narratives" are correct. Its own map of the states later in the article shows most states are given a failing grade on gun control laws, meaning that most states HAVE weakened gun laws and the gun lobby has won.
The spirit of common sense American independence has triumphed over Jewish New World Order propaganda, at least in regard to gun ownership.
This group claims that the Sandy Hook event has galvanized the public into demanding more gun laws when in fact, as the polls show, the opposite is true.
This year, the group states, policies designed to strengthen state gun laws revolve mostly around domestic violence and mental health prohibitions. Indiana, Washington, Wisconsin, and Wyoming have already enacted new laws to keep firearms out of the hands of domestic abusers. Twelve additional states are currently considering bills on this crucial topic.
Several states are also considering bills to report mental health records to the FBI for background checks and/or to strengthen restrictions on firearms possession by the dangerously mentally ill. South Dakota has already enacted one such bill. Similar bills are also sitting on the Governor’s desk in Oklahoma and Arizona.
Of course, who determines the requirements of declaring someone mentally ill is another question, as the psychiatric establishment has broadened its list of mental illnesses so that almost anything can be construed as a cause for arrest.
Yet, recent court rulings have not tended to restrict individual rights to bear arms.
In the 2008 Supreme Court case District of Columbia v. Heller the court ruled that the Constitution protects an individual’s right to own a gun for personal use. But the 5-4 decision only applied to federal laws and failed to address local and state laws.
The close 5-4 vote also indicates how close the Supreme Court is to total tyranny.
Thus, in July 2010 the Supreme Court ruled that the federal right to bear arms also applies at the state and local level. The ruling lifted a nearly 30-year-old Chicago gun ban. The National Rifle Association called the ruling a landmark verdict, but the decision did not specify what kind of gun laws can be applied to the Second Amendment.
Just about a year ago, a federal judge ruled that Chicago's ban on virtually all sales and transfers of firearms is unconstitutional http://www.cnn.com/2014/01/06/us/chicago-gun-ban/?
Throughout American history, gun tragedies have always stimulated debates about changing gun laws.
The Dec. 14, 2012 event at Sandy Hook Elementary School and other mass shootings at Aurora, Colorado and Virginia Tech produced a flurry of debates and proposals from the public and interest groups in both sides of the issue.
Despite these debates, Congress has produced next to nothing in the way of new legislation.
The last significant federal gun law was the 1994 Assault Weapons Ban, passed five years before Columbine, which expired in 2004.
On Jan. 16, 2012, President Obama held a press conference to announce his plan for changing the face of gun control in this country. Among his suggested initiatives were universal checks for gun sales, the reinstatement and strengthening of the assault weapons ban, limiting ammunition magazines to a 10-round capacity, providing schools with school resources officers and counselors, putting more police officers on the streets, stab listing stronger punishments for gun trafficking, and offering more comprehensive insurance for mental health.
Some of the measures the president intends to achieve through 23 executive actions, while he asked Congress to enact stricter gun control legislation. Congress, ever wary of public opinion, has yet to act. The timid politicians have passed no gun control legislation since the controversial Sandy Hook charade, ever watchful of public opinion that shows less and less confidence in their elected officials. http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2013/12/13/gun-control-newtown_n_4425157.html

The following is a timeline of important federal legislation and milestones reached buy national organizations tied to the Second Amendment and the issue of gun control http://www.infoplease.com/spot/guntime1.html#ixzz3ORLld0hK.
1791
Second Amendment ratified
It states, "A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed."
1871
National Rifle Association founded
Union soldiers Col. William C. Church and Gen. George Wingate found the NRA to "promote and encourage rifle shooting on a scientific basis". Civil War Gen. Ambrose Burnside, who was also the former governor of Rhode Island and a U.S. Senator, serves as the organization's first president.
1934
National Firearms Act
Brought about by the lawlessness and rise of gangster culture during Prohibition, President Franklin D. Roosevelt hoped this act would eliminate automatic-fire weapons like machine guns from America's streets. Other firearms such as short-barreled shotguns and rifles, parts of guns like silences, as we as other "gadget-type" firearms hidden in canes and such were also targeted. All gun sales and gun manufacturers wet slapped with a $200 tax (no small amount for Americans mired in the Great Depression; that would be like a tax of $2,525 today) on each firearm.
1938
Federal Firearms Act
Congress aimed this law at those involved in selling and shipping firearms through interstate and foreign channels. Anyone involved in the selling of firearms was required to obtain a Federal Firearms License from the Secretary of Commerce. They were also required to record the names and addresses of everyone they sold guns to and were prohibited from selling to those people who were convicted of certain crimes or lacked a permit.
1968
Gun control act
The assassination of John F. Kennedy, who allegedly was killed by a mail order gun that belonged to Lee Harvey Oswald, inspired this major revision to federal gun laws. The subsequent assassinations of Martin Luther King and presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy fueled its quick passage. License requirements were expanded to include more dealers and more detailed record keeping. Hand gun sales over state lines were restricted. The list of persons to whom dealers could not sell grew to include those convicted of felonies (with some exceptions), those found mentally incompetent, and drug users. The key element of this bill outlawed mail order sales of rifles and shotguns.
1972
BATF created
Enforcement of the Gun Control Act was given to the Department of the Treasury's Alcohol and Tobacco Tax Division of the Internal Revenue Service. The organization replaced "tax" with "firearms", nearly doubled in size, and became the Bureau of Alcohol, tobacco and Firearms" (BATF).
1986
Law Enforcement Officers
Protection Act
Made it illegal for anyone to manufacture or import armor piercing ammunition, or "cop-killer bullets", which are capable of penetrating bullet proof clothing.
1986
Firearm Owners Protection Act
Eased restrictions on gun sellers and the sale of some guns. Imposed additional penalties for persons using a firearm in certain crimes, and persons with robbery or burglary convictions who are illegally shipping guns.
1990
Crime Control Act
Directed the Attorney General to develop a strategy for establishing "drug free school zones," including criminal penalties for possessing or discharging a firearms in a school zone. Outlawed the assembly illegal semiautomatic rifles or shotguns from legally imported parts.
1994
Brady Handgun
Violence Prevention Act
Imposed on an interim basis a five-day waiting period and background check before a licensed gun importer, manufacturer or dealer can sell or deliver a handgun to an unlicensed individual. Required a new National Instant Criminal Background Check System, run by the FBI, be ready to replace the waiting period by Nov. 30, 1998. The new background check system was to apply to all firearms and would have allowed checks to be done over the phone or electronically with results returned immediately in most cases.
1998
Violent Crime Control
and Law Enforcement Act
Commonly referred to as the "Assault Weapons Ban", this bill banned the manufacture, possession and importation of new semiautomatic assault weapons and large-capacity ammunition feeding devices (or magazines) for civilian use. Criteria for semiautomatic assault weapons that fall under the ban are provided as well as a list of 19 specific firearms. Prohibits juveniles from possessing or selling handguns and directs the attorney general to evaluate proposed and existing state juvenile gun laws.
2008
Court rules handguns
at home are OK
In the 2008 case District of Columbia v. Heller, the court found that citizens did have a right to possess handguns at home for self-defense. But the justices said the government still could impose other limits -- such as banning criminals and mentally ill people from owning guns, regulating gun sales and barring guns from schools and other places. http://www.law.cornell.edu/anncon/html/amdt2_user.html
2013
President Obama Proposes
Sweeping Changes to Gun Control
In response to recent public shootings, including Newtown, Conn., and Aurora, Colo., President Barack Obama introduced proposals to tighten gun-control laws. His plan included universal background checks for gun sales, the reinstatement and strengthening of the assault weapons ban, limiting ammunition magazines to a 10-round capacity, and other measures.
Colorado Recalls Pro-Gun Control State Senators
On Sept. 10, voters threw out of office Democrats John Morse and Angela Giron for their support of recently enacted gun-control laws that mandate background checks on private gun sales and limit magazine clips to 15 rounds. The election drew national attention not only for the ouster of the officials but also for the influx of money on both sides, from the National Rifle Association and New York mayor Michael Bloomberg, a gun-control advocate.
Can you protect yourself?
Gun control opponents always argue that they need guns to protect themselves against criminals who break into their house in the middle of the night. Take this example from January 2013 when a Georgia woman shot a crowbar-wielding intruder who broke into her home and confronted her and her two young children http://www.cbsnews.com/news/georgia-mother-hides-children-shoots-intruder-5-times-during-home-invasion-police-say/
Gun control opponents say that a vast number of crimes are prevented by armed citizens, who either shoot an assailant -- an event that happened 326 times in 2010, according to a 2012 Wall Street Journal state-by-state analysis of crime statistics – or more often, scare off the would-be criminal away by brandishing a weapon. http://www.wsj.com/news/articles/SB10001424052702303404704577311873214574462?mg=reno64-wsj&url=http%3A%2F%2Fonline.wsj.com%2Farticle%2FSB10001424052702303404704577311873214574462.html
Even if the low-end estimates are closer to the truth, this still could mean that tens of thousands of crimes are prevented by gun owners annually. But university studies and mainstream media analyses are heavily weighted in favor of the governments who fund their investigations, which is why they conclude homeowners who use firearms to defend themselves are more likely to be injured than those who don't own guns — a conclusion that is absolute garbage, which would be obvious if corpses could still speak.
When the Department of Homeland Security and other federal agencies buy billions of hollow point bullets and Jewish tyrants in Congress spearhead constant efforts to ban gun sales by ordinary American citizens, those citizens have gotten the message, and are buying guns in records numbers http://www.rawstory.com/rs/2013/02/fbi-record-number-of-americans-buying-guns/. I guess Americans are not that stupid after all.
And not only that. Lawmakers are totally unsuccessful at trying to pass further limits on Americans' right to buy guns, because they know they won't remain in office if they do.
Milwaukee County (Missouri) Sheriff David Clarke warned of a second American revolution if proposed gun control and gun confiscation measures were passed in his county. He said he would not enforce such measures. http://www.examiner.com/article/sheriff-warns-of-second-american-revolution-if-gun-confiscation-laws-pass
“The reason is I don’t want to get shot, because I believe that if somebody tried to enforce something of that magnitude, you would see the second coming of an American revolution, the likes of which would make the first revolution pale by comparison," he added.
Needless to say, the measures didn't pass.
We want guns, not more gun laws. Protecting ourselves is the best way to stay alive. Depending on cops who more and more are killing people for no particular reason and getting away with it has turned out to be the worst way to try and stay alive.
And yes, the cops should worry about this trend. Whatever happens to them, they've got it coming.
We are honest, law-abiding citizens, which is more than you can say about the disingenuous lowlifes running our government, who break their own laws and then declare themselves immune from prosecution.
Let us have us our guns. We need them to protect ourselves from a government that has decided to take everything we have. With guns, we can stop them from committing their crimes against us. Without guns, we can't.
Fortunately, polls show the public agrees.
