FEMA Camps
All, thanks to Georgia Senator Judson Hill, Madison Forum Member, for the below information. We need to understand those who opposed this important Resolution calling for the the protection of citizens from the unconstitutional force of the NDAA. A resolution is not law, but it is a significant step in the right direction. Those in the Georgia legislature who could not support this Resolution identifies them as supporters of the NDAA. They are the "NDAA Deniers," and they they should be held accountable in the next election. The Madison Forum appreciates Senators Hill, Loudermilk, Crane, McKoon, and Rogers for their willingness to take a strong stand protecting Georgia citizens. Citizens must begin paying attention to the events and laws our Representatives and Senators are passing. That is the essence of Good Government and Freedom! Please forward to your lists.

Michael,
Please see the attached which I drafted and sponsored last year to begin protecting Georgians in this regard. A small step. The Resolution did not pass and more should be done, especially at the national level.

18 any rule, regulation, or ordinance of a state agency or authority, political subdivision, or local

All, thanks to Lamar Cheatham, Madison Forum Member, for the below information and link. As you watch the video, think about the passage of the NDAA for both 2012 and 2013, which provides for the arrest and apprehension of American citizens without warrants or the opportunity to have a lawyer and to go before a judge (habeas corpus), and then be held indefinitely anywhere with anyone not knowing where you are.
When I ran for Congress in Georgia's 11th District, I spoke on the dangers of the NDAA, and the fact that all of Georgia's Representatives voted for it with the exception of one. Everyone should check the voting record of their congressional representative to see who voted for against our constitutional rights. Several States have now introduced legislation nullifying the NDAA sections 1021 & 1022 in their states. Georgia has not yet done so. The clear danger of the NDAA is one of the reasons I ran for Congress in Georgia's 11th District. Citizens need to know the details of the legislation enacted in Washington. Some of it is a clear and present danger to us all ... and now they want to take our guns. The dots have been connected, and it is not a pretty picture.
