A California based company called Crowds on Demand placed an advert on Craigslist back in August for crisis actors in the Las Vegas area.
Crowds on Demand website:
Your home for Protests, Rallies, Audiences, PR Stunts, and Celebrity Events.
Today, the Craigslist advert is gone:
However, thanks to vigilant net users, we have a screen capture of the advert, placed in Mid August:
Quite a few people had taken note of this advert, such as this AR-15 forum user:
It had even been picked up by a Las Vegas new site:

So is it just a coincidence that 6 weeks before the La Vegas shooting farce, we have a notorious company known for hiring crisis actors placing adverts to recruit people as crisis actors for an unspecified event in Las Vegas?
