President Trump Takes Strong Action Against Rioters – Stops Antifa In Its Tracks

Democrats have accused Trump of moving slow as riots spread. These people are forgetting the state and local authorities had to act first.
Trump did quickly condemn the violence. He also ordered the National Guard, when it was clear local authorities were not able (or willing) to end the chaos. (Meanwhile, Joe Biden waited five days before commenting.)
Now, Trump is taking a step that will freeze the culprits in their tracks.

The United States of America will be designating ANTIFA as a Terrorist Organization.
President Trump announced on Twitter that the country will be designating ANTIFA as a “Terrorist Organization.”
This means that the loosely-affiliated international group collectively known as Antifa will face the same opposition as groups like al Qaeda.
American businesses and individuals that aid Antifa will face federal prosecution.

Ahem… it’s about time!
For years we’ve seen Antifa worm its way into our culture. This is a radical group that only seeks to spread unrest and anarchy.
The liberal media has given it a pass because Antifa is largely opposed to President Trump. I guess Democrats thought, “the friend of my enemy…”
Until this group targeted the media, as well. How’s CNN looking, these days?
It’s hard to believe Antifa is just another liberal organization that wants “social change.” Say what you will about Democrats (and we often do), you can’t believe any of them think destroying our cities will bring positive change (or win over voters).
The DOJ, the president, and other leaders have accused Antifa of infiltrating originally peaceful demonstrations to spread pain and panic.
Evidence suggests members are coming from out of state to stir up trouble. They are using the death of an innocent man—and calls for justice—to plunge our nations into chaos.
By designated this collection of activist groups (which operate in Europe and around the world) as Trump did, it gives the federal government serious power to stop them.
The federal government can move quickly to root out Antifa across the country. Treating them as the serious threat they are, the president is taking a strong stand against the violence that has hurt many minority communities.
Funny how Democrats have been unwilling to do the same.
