An insightful new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting President Putin directing the Ministry of Defense (MoD) to increase its potential along the Western border with NATO, says in immediate response, Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu revealed that a plan of strengthening Russia’s western frontier was almost ready—is a war move that follows Chinese President Xi Jinping holding a video conference with European Council President Charles Michel and European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen, wherein Xi brushed back against pressure from the EU to take an anti-Russia stance in the Ukraine conflict, and warned that crisis could wreak global economic havoc for decades.

In further explaining this video conference, this report notes, this morning it saw Director-General Wang Lutong of the Department of European Affairs of the Chinese Foreign Ministry stating: “After long and in-depth exchanges of views on China-EU relations, Ukraine and other international and regional issues, the two sides gained a better understanding and achieved consensus and results...We agreed that as the world is entering a new period of turbulence and transformation”—and is a “period of turbulence and transformation” best defined by State Duma Chairman Pavel Zavalny, who branded the US Dollar as “no better than candy wrappers” and declared: “The dollar ceases to be a means of payment for us, it has lost all interest for us”.

With the Bank of Russia linking the Ruble to gold this week, this report continues, monetary experts are noting that the linking the currency to gold and energy is a paradigm shift for the global economy, and are stating such things like: “What we are seeing right now looks like the beginning of the end of that 50-year system and the birth of a new gold and commodity backed multi-lateral monetary system...The freezing of Russia’s foreign exchange reserves has been the trigger...The giant commodity strong countries of the world such as China and the oil exporting nations may now feel that now is the time to move to a new more equitable monetary system”—in quick response it saw the London Metal Exchange suspending trade in Russian gold and metals, but then admitted it had no Russian metals of any kind—and yesterday, it saw international law expert Professor Dan Kovalik at the University of Pittsburg observing about the decline of the US Dollar: “The current imposition of sanctions against Russia will only accelerate this process...As I’ve repeated over the years, the US sanctions will squeeze themselves out of the world economy, this is exactly what is happening before our eyes...Unlike the American dollar, backed up only by the “full confidence” article of the American Constitution, the ruble will have real value...People, of course, have less and less faith in the American dollar, since the United States has serious debts”.

Also in response to gold backed Petro-Ruble, this report details, this week the socialist Biden Regime sent Deputy National Security Adviser for International Economics Daleep Singh to India to threaten its government with sanctions if it helps Russia undermine the US Dollar—in response to this threat it saw Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov slamming America’s behavior as blackmail,  then said he is certain that Moscow-Delhi ties will not be affected by such threats—in a further response to this American threat, it saw India allowing Russia to invest and borrow on its domestic market, and will allow Moscow to use the Reserve Bank of India to bypass the US Dollar and Western colonial sanctions—a move to support Russia against the Western colonial powers immediately cheered by India’s main rival Pakistan, whose Prime Minister Imran Khan complimented India for maintaining an “independent foreign policy”, and stated: “They protect their independent foreign policy which is centered on its people...No country will be respected unless it stands on its own two feet”—then it shockingly saw Prime Minister Khan accidentally naming the United States as the culprit trying to overthrow him when told reporters: “America has – oh, not America but a foreign country I can’t name, sent the leader the message in an effort to meddle in our country’s politics...They say that our anger will vanish if Imran Khan loses this no-confidence vote”. 

With British energy giant Shell not able to pay for Russian natural gas in Petro Rubles, because the United Kingdom is the only country to have imposed sanctions on Russia’s Gazprombank, through which payments for Russian natural gas are made, this report notes, they have now been cut off from all purchases, after which top Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov exclaimed: “London wants to be the leader of everything anti-Russian…It even wants to be ahead of Washington!...That’s the cost!”—and is a cut off only hurting the ordinary already struggling peoples of Britain, specifically because Russia just ramped up its natural gas supply to China to make up for what would have been used by Shell.

As to the types of socialist idiots fast destroying these Western colonial powers, this report details, it was further put on display yesterday when leftist American tech giant Google ordered its YouTube video service to ban a recent interview between Republican National Committee Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel and President Donald Trump for violating the platform’s rules against “misinformation”—in their warning letter YouTube claimed this video was banned: “Because it violated our policies pertaining to elections misinformation and does not contain sufficient EDSA context…Namely, the video contains claims that the 2020 election was “rigged,” with “tremendous voter fraud,” and countervailing views, which we refer to as EDSA context, on those remarks are not provided in the video, audio, title or description...To clarify, this content would be permitted if it included sufficient context with countervailing views”—are so-called “countervailing views”, however, not applying to Hillary Clinton, whose 2019 interview with CBS Sunday Morning where she called Trump an “illegitimate president” and claimed the 2016 election “wasn’t on the level” hasn’t been banned—and most astonishingly, sees this happening during the same week that Hillary Clinton and the Democrat National Committee are being forced to pay $8,000 and $105,000 respectively for mislabeling payments that ultimately went to Fusion GPS, the consulting firm that commissioned the fake Trump-Russia dossier.

The critical importance of noticing how different President Trump is treated versus Hillary Clinton, this report explains, is because socialists always create lying narratives to deceive people, and anything deviating from a socialist narrative is censored, blacklisted or outright banned—which is why the greater masses of the American people still aren’t aware that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy banned all political parties except his own during the past fortnight, and whose reason for was beyond shockingly displayed yesterday when Zelensky’s party passed a law to begin the mass seizure of all property belonging to Russian speaking Ukrainian citizens and give it to the state.
