A foreboding new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today focused on a series of alarming warnings issued by the Ministry of Defense (MoD), first notes that Air Force (AF) radars tracked 50 foreign aircraft that conducted air reconnaissance near Russia’s state borders over the past week, 40 of which were foreign spy planes, and 10 being drones—are concerning attacks on the sovereign borders of the Russian Federation rising to the level of deliberate war provocations, specifically because this transcript shows Security Council Members reacting in horror after the United States government funded Radio Free Europe-Radio Liberty (that’s registered by Russia’s Ministry of Justice as a foreign agent) demonically posted on Twitter a long thread of xenophobic caricatures depicting Russian-speaking people as sub-human cockroaches.

This report grimly notes that these deliberate war provocations by Supreme Socialist Leader Joe Biden against the Russian Federation were quickly joined by the United States Indo-Pacific Command (USINDOPACOM) issuing an urgent war bulletin yesterday stating: “U.S. Indo-Pacific Command will conduct Large Scale Global Exercise 21 (LSGE21) from Aug. 2-27, 2021. LSGE21 is a Department of Defense exercise executed by U.S. Indo-Pacific Command, which incorporates U.S. Army, Air Force, Navy, and Marine Corps forces, alongside UK Armed Forces, Australian Defence Force, and Japan Self-Defense Force”—an urgent war bulletin that was quickly followed by Germany announcing that it was sending a warship into the South China Sea for the first time in two decades.

In a war news release issued by the United States Naval Forces Europe-Africa-U.S. 6^th Fleet, this report details, it declared that the Large Scale Global Exercise 21 “will truly be global in scale”—next noted that “The massive exercise will span 17 time zones with sailors and Marines in the U.S., Africa, Europe and the Pacific joining”—saw the US military commanders of this massive war exercise stating: “Tens of thousands of sailors and Marines will participate in the biggest U.S. naval exercise in a generation to test how the services will fight across vast distances as they prepare for possible conflict with China or Russia”—and alarmingly then saw United States Chief of Naval Operations Admiral Mike Gilday fearfully saying about this war exercise: “We wargame and we study logistics all the time, but we never have developed really a plan for sustaining the fleet in a fight…And so that’s an important project for us in 2021, to actually develop a plan for how we sustain a fleet – not just logistics, but battle damage…We just, we haven’t been forced, we haven’t forced ourselves to take a deeper look in terms of a plan, and we need one”.

The preparations for how the Americans will “sustain a battle damaged fleet” when war erupts, this report continues, first saw one of the US Navy’s Ohio class nuclear armed ballistic submarines (called “Boomers”) making a rare and very quick stop in San Diego in late June—two weeks later then saw the US Air Force rapidly deploying a fifth of its combat-coded F-22 stealth fighter aircraft to Guam—last week saw the British Royal Navy aircraft carrier HMS Queen Elizabeth underway in the South China Sea to counter the Chinese People’s Liberation Army Navy aircraft carrier Shandong—a British aircraft carrier filled with their nation’s entire fleet of F-35 stealth fighter aircraft—then yesterday saw the rare sight of two US Navy supercarriers docked in San Diego with their decks packed with aircraft preparing for immediate deployment—which are the USS Carl Vinson (CVN-70) and the USS Abraham Lincoln (CVN-72). 

Five days ago, on 29 July, this report notes, an Israeli-owned tanker in the Gulf of Oman was attacked by a drone that killed two crew members—a deadly attack the Americans and Israelis quickly blamed on Iran without offering any proof or evidence, but now sees US Secretary of State Antony Blinken vowing a “collective response” in revenge for it anyway—and is a vow of retaliation Iran has promised a “strong and prompt” response to when occurring. 

This report concludes with this transcript showing Security Council Members agreeing that the coincidence of this massive global American war deployment coming at the same time an attack is being blamed on Iran without any proof, near exactly mirrors the Gulf of Tonkin false flag incident foisted upon the world by the United States, that’s otherwise known as “The lie that sparked the Vietnam War”—sees MoD intelligence analysts stating that this massive global American military force will attempt to sideline both Russia and China while Biden and his godless socialist forces do everything they can to destroy Iran—but whose true intended target is China, whom the Americans have foolishly started a new Cold War against—that China has responded to by rapidly building up its nuclear arsenal—which makes it no wonder why top defense experts are today warning: “The US cannot afford to enter this kind of arms race with China…Simply put, China has out Ronald Reagan-ed the US, flipping the Cold War theory that the US outspent the Soviet Union, bankrupting it, and accelerating its collapse on its head, so that it’s the US that’s being outspent, bankrupting itself, and pushing itself closer to collapse…Hopefully, the US leadership is wiser than their Soviet counterparts before them…But, if history has shown us anything, the US is addicted to the power it believes it accrues by possessing a large nuclear weapons arsenal, and like any addict, liberating oneself from its drug of choice is difficult, if not impossible”.  [Note: Some words and/or phrases appearing in quotes in this report are English language approximations of Russian words/phrases having no exact counterpart.]
