A foreboding new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting Director General Dmitry Rogozin of the state space corporation Roscosmos announcing yesterday that the deployment of the new “super-weapon” multiple warhead Sarmat intercontinental nuclear missile would be an historic event that would “guarantee the security of Russia’s children and grandchildren for the next 30-40 years”, says he then revealed that the United States is trying to launch weapons of mass destruction  into space with the help of the Boeing X-37, after which he gravely warned: “One must keep in mind that the destruction of a foreign spacecraft means World War III…It’s a casus belli, and there’s no doubt about that”.

Swiftly following Director General Rogozin warning about World War III, this report notes, it saw Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announcing that United States Secretary of State Antony Blinken and Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin are set to travel to Ukraine today—an announcement President Zelenskyy joined with a threat to quit peace talks with Russia.

As to why the “Special De-Nazification Operation” launched by Russia on 24 February to liberate Ukraine now appears headed towards World War III, a terrifying clue about is continued in the classified at the highest level “Of Special Importance” section of this transcript, whose topic heading is “капсюль атаковать”, which translates into “Capsule Attack”--and in the Russian language, a “capsule” is also called an “ampoule”.  

In the very limited portions of this classified at the highest level section transcript permitted to be openly discussed among various ministries, it notes Lieutenant-General Igor Kirillov, the Chief of the Radiation, Chemical and Biological Defense Forces of the Russian Federation Armed Forces, on 17 March, revealing that the Russian army had obtained documentary evidence confirming the Pentagon was involved in financing military biological projects in Ukraine—then it notes that this past week, Lieutenant-General Kirillov beyond shockingly reported: “On  21 April, a toxic substance was dropped on the position of Russian troops from a drone…It was planned that when they were destroyed, a chemical reaction would occur that would cause an explosion and fire, releasing toxic substances...The contents of the ampoules will be analyzed in the laboratory of the 27th Scientific Center of the Russian Defense Ministry”—a report wherein Lieutenant General Kirillov accused the United States of participating in the attack, with him recalling that the United States was the only country that used all three types of weapons of mass destruction, and stated: “The Kyiv regime, at the suggestion of the American administration, is able to implement scenarios in the near future that will lead to the death of tens of thousands of citizens of Ukraine”.

Piecing together other clues from this transcript, it appears that the Russian Federation Defense Ministry Central Research Institute 27 directed that these mysterious “ampoules” be analyzed by experts at the Central Aerospace Defense Forces Research Institute in the Tver Oblast, about 161-kilometers (100 miles) outside of Moscow, and by experts at the Dmitrievsky Chemical Plant in the city of Kineshma, about 241-kilometers (150 miles) east of Moscow—but upon the initial examination of these mysterious “ampoules” at the Central Aerospace Defense Forces Research Institute, they exploded in a massive fireball killing at least 7 people—and just hours later, these mysterious “ampoules” exploded in a massive fireball near completely destroying the Dimitrievsky Chemical Plant.

With this transcript strongly suggesting that these mysterious “ampoules” were deliberately dropped on Russian troops so they could be brought to these research facilities then detonated, it explains why the Ministry of Defense (MoD) issued the statement this morning saying: “Given the United States is blocking any international initiatives to verify the Convention on the Prohibition of the Development, Production and Stockpiling of Bacteriological (Biological) and Toxin Weapons, prerequisites appear for violating international agreements on the nonproliferation of biological weapons”—a statement swiftly joined by Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova factually declaring: “Washington’s initial plan involved economic pressure on Russia to make Moscow completely reconsider legitimate interests in the security sphere...It didn’t work out...Now the United States is moving on to involving the weapons of mass destruction, practically - to the games beyond the red line...If this happens, there will be uncountable victims...And each one of them is on the conscience of American strategists in the offices of the White House, the State Department and the Pentagon, and on the conscience, if there is anything left of it, of their puppets in Kiev”. 

Now that America has moved “beyond the red line”, this report continues, today it sees former top White House presidential advisor Patrick Buchanan, in his just published open letter “First Priority - Avoid US War With Russia”, observing : “Neocons and war hawks are taking the position that the visible defeat of the Russian army and its expulsion from Ukraine, and Putin’s humiliation and ouster, must be America’s goals...And these goals should be nonnegotiable...Failure to achieve these ends, it is said, would amount to a defeat for NATO and the United States...Yet, recall: To avoid war with Russia, President Harry Truman refused to breach Joseph Stalin’s Berlin Blockade...Eisenhower let the Hungarian revolution be drowned in blood and told the Brits, French and Israelis to get out of Egypt...President John F. Kennedy let the Berlin Wall go up...President Lyndon B. Johnson let the Prague Spring be crushed by the Warsaw Pact”—an observation of truth now joined by even the leftist New York Times fearfully noting today: “The West might be thinking that by increasing economic and military pressure, it will achieve a behavioral change, and perhaps even a collapse of Putin’s regime, but it may just as well cause the opposite, uniting people in what they see as an apocalyptic battle for survival”.

Unlike the American people that are separated from Ukraine by multiple thousands of miles and an entire Atlantic Ocean, this report concludes, all of the peoples of Russia know how existential this Nazi threat is right on their very border, and as best exampled today by Ukrainian Major Vladimir Labuzov, an officer from the medical service of the 36th Marine Brigade that surrendered to Russian military forces, who, in an interview describing Neo-Nazi Azov Regiment troops, reveals: “Azov fighters considered themselves superior, not only to the Marines, but to other troopers of the Ukrainian Army…I don’t know why this is the case, but they constantly glorified themselves, constantly showed that they were better, faster, higher, stronger than everyone else, let’s put it that way”—is a Nazi German master race ideology fully supported by the Western colonial power British government, and is why Russia’s Investigative Committee revealed yesterday that it will look into media reports that sabotage experts from the British Army’s special forces have been deployed in western Ukraine—and to eradicate the threat of these Ukrainian Nazi forces, sees the most notable of the latest issued MoD urgent war bulletins being:

“Russian missile and artillery troops performed 423 fire tasks during the night...Destroyed: 26 command posts, 367 strongpoints and places of the amassment of manpower and military equipment, as well as 25 gun lines were hit”.

“Russian missile and artillery troops performed 102 fire tasks during the day...Destroyed: 6 command posts, 84 strongholds and areas of concentration of manpower and military equipment as well as 10 artillery clusters”.

“During the day, the tactical and combat aviation of the Russian Aerospace Forces has delivered strikes on 79 of Ukraine’s military targets...They include six command posts, 52 areas of concentration of manpower and Ukrainian military equipment, as well as 16 warehouses of rocket and artillery armaments, munitions and fuel”.

“During the day, the high-precision air-based missiles of the Russian Aerospace Forces delivered strikes on 22 Ukrainian military targets...This includes two battalion command and observation posts and one brigade command post, 11 strongholds as well as the areas of concentration of manpower and Ukrainian military equipment...The nationalists’ losses amounted up to 200 personnel and over 30 units of armored equipment and vehicles”.

“In the vicinity of the community of Novaya Dmitrovka, as a result of a strike by a Russian rockets, a Buk-M1 missile complex and three radio-location stations were destroyed”.

“Using long-range high-precision air-based missiles of Russia’s Aerospace Forces, a logistics terminal at a military airfield near Odessa was eliminated where a large batch of foreign weapons received from the US and European countries was stored”.

“Since the beginning of the special military operation, Russian armed forces have eliminated 141 planes, 110 helicopters, 541 unmanned aerial vehicles, 264 missile systems, 2,479 tanks and other armored combat vehicles, 278 multiple-launch rocket systems, 1,081 field artillery weapons and mortars, as well as 2,321 units of special military automotive equipment”.
