A compelling new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting President Putin sent a telegram of congratulations to French President Emmanuel Macron after his election victory yesterday, says this follows President Macron warning on Friday that the European Union would not be able to survive next winter without Russian gas—a warning that follows German Vice Chancellor Robert Habeck factually stating: “There is no value-based fossil fuel energy strategy for European countries other than importing all their energy from the United States, Canada or Australia, which is impossible”—and in response to these European Union leaders, it saw Security Council Deputy Chairman Dmitry Medvedev stating: “We appreciate the consistency and integrity of our European partners…Especially considering the fact that, according to recent IMF data, Europe will be able to do without our gas for no more than 6 months…But speaking seriously, they won't even last a week”.

Instead of the Western colonial powers acknowledging the true reality that “they won’t even last a week” without Russian energy, this report notes, their sanction lunacy against Russia has now caused the world’s biggest Norwegian oil wealth fund to post a staggering loss of over $74-billion in the first quarter of this year alone—a staggering loss coming at the same time the British government is warning its citizens: “Get ready for a truly horrific winter”—and in the just published leftist New York Times economic article “It’s Not Just High Oil Prices. It’s A Full-Blown Energy Crisis”, it further warns: “What lies ahead promises to be more disorderly — and ultimately transformative — than the events of the 1970s…This is, indeed, a bigger disruption…During the geopolitical upheaval of the 1970s, the physical supply of oil from the world’s reserves was never the issue…Now, with Asian energy demand vastly higher than it was, it is. And demand for gas and coal may well also exceed worldwide output over the next few years…We appear to have entered a time when countries will have to compete for the world’s remaining accessible fossil fuels and governments openly choose geopolitical alliances to secure them”.

In addressing the Russian-allied countries within the Eurasian Economic Union, BRICS and the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation today, this report continues, it saw Director Denis Manturov of the Ministry of Industry and Trade urging all of them to dump US Dollars and Euros and switch to their own national currencies, with him stating: “What is happening today in the global economy and in the world gives us a hint about how we need to rebuild our logistics, industrial cooperation, in what directions we can develop our economies…This is de-dollarization, and now we have added de-euroization, that is, the transition to our own currencies in order to be as independent as possible in terms of mutual settlements”—a call for the world to move away from the Western colonial powers that follows global economic experts noting last week: “April 20, 2022 has every chance of going down in the history of modern international relations as the day that led to the sudden demise of the G20, which represents the leading economies of the Western and non-Western world...With their demarches against Russia, Western members of the global club are demolishing its purpose”.

Shortly after Argentinean Foreign Minister Santiago Cafiero told the Western colonial powers that his country will not join those placing restrictions on Russia, this report details, the Central American nation of Nicaragua declared that the Organisation of American States was an “infamous organization” and closed its offices—and further striking terror into these Western colonial powers as the world moves against them, is the just published leftist New York Times article “With Us Or With Them? In A New Cold War, How About Neither”, wherein it factually reveals:

Governments representing more than half of humanity have refused to take a side, avoiding the binary accounting of us-versus-them that characterized most of the post-World War II era.

Once proxy battlegrounds for superpowers, swaths of Africa, Asia and Latin America are staking their independence.

The return of a bloc of nonaligned nations harks back to a period in which leaders of the post-colonial movement resisted having their destinies shaped by imperialism.

It also points to the confidence of smaller countries, no longer dependent on a single ideological or economic patron, to go their own way

The same holds in Uganda, which receives almost a billion dollars in American aid and is a key Western ally in the fight against regional militancy. Yet the government of President Yoweri Museveni of Uganda has been criticized by the United States and the European Union for a pattern of human rights violations.

Mr. Museveni has responded by assailing the West’s interference in Libya and Iraq.  The president’s son, who also commands the country’s land forces, tweeted that a “majority of mankind (that are non-white) support Russia’s stand in Ukraine.”

In truthful articles now appearing like “The West is Very Scared: Russia Wins”, this report notes, it is being noticed that over the past week Western colonial leaders -- like British Prime Minister Boris Johnson, who said “A Russian victory is not only possible, it is inevitable” – have retreated into a fantasy world after they were pummeled by the leftist media for telling the truth with comments like “This conflict is about the survival of the West...If Ukraine is allowed to fall, then everything that the Western world stands for will also fall”—is a fantasy world ruled over by Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky, who yesterday claimed that the war was unparalleled to any other in the 20th century—a delusional claim quickly met by State Duma Speaker Vyacheslav Volodin, who factually stated about the “Special De-Nazification Operation” to liberate Ukraine: “This is a special military operation…If Russia were fighting a full-scale war, it would have been over long ago…This would have happened if we used the United States’ customary carpet bombings and scorched land tactics, repeatedly employed by ‘the world’s most democratic Air Force’ in Yugoslavia, Libya, Iraq and Syria...Russian soldiers and officers do not kill civilians, but liberate them, sometimes at the cost of their own lives...Our soldiers are doing their utmost to save peaceful residents”.

Earlier today, this report concludes, the Federal Security Service announced that it had arrested members of an international neo-Nazi group cooperating with the Security Service of Ukraine planning to assassinate well-known Russian television and radio host Vladimir Solovyev—in commenting on the incident, President Putin revealed: “Moscow has information that Western security services were involved”—sees this failed Nazi assassination plot coming at the same time Ukrainian Nazi forces posted a video on social media calling for “the clearing of the whole of Donbass” and “cutting their heads off and the heads of their children”—today it sees Ukrainian Army Senior Sergeant Mikhail Yankovsky, who surrendered to Russian forces, horrifyingly revealing that these Nazis created “blocking units” to kill anyone attempting to surrender, with him stating: “During each battle, they would watch us to make sure that nobody abandoned their positions. They fired without warning on anyone deemed suspicious”—and in the latest urgent war bulletins issued by the Ministry of Defense (MoD), sees the most notable of them being:

“Guided by purely humanitarian ideas, the Russian Armed Forces and the forces of the Donetsk People’s Republic will suspend hostilities at 2:00 pm on 25 April, retreating to a safe distance from the Azov steel plant in Mariupol, in order to make it possible for these individuals to exit in any direction they choose...If there indeed are civilians at the steel plant, we strongly demand that the Kiev authorities immediately order the commanders of nationalist units to release them”.

“Russian artillery troops accomplished 967 fire tasks in the past 24 hours, eliminating 33 command posts, 929 strongholds and areas of amassed manpower and military hardware and also five missile/artillery arms and ammunition depots”.

“Throughout the night, air-launched precision missiles struck six Ukrainian military facilities, including three strongholds and areas of the amassment of manpower and military hardware, and also three ammunition depots near Barvenkovo and Novaya Dmitrovka in the Kharkov Region”.

“Operational-tactical and army aviation aircraft of the Russian Aerospace Forces struck 56 Ukrainian military facilities...These targets included two command posts, 53 areas of the amassment of enemy manpower and military hardware and also a fuel storage facility near the community of Novaya Dmitrovka...They eliminated up to 160 personnel and also 23 pieces of armor, artillery guns and vehicles”.

“Russian forces struck 21 areas of the amassment of enemy manpower and military hardware, eliminating over 240 Ukrainian army personnel and also 28 pieces of armor, artillery guns and vehicles”.

“Long-range precision weapons delivered a strike on the northern outskirts of the city of Kremenchug to eliminate fuel production facilities of the oil refinery and fuel depots intended for supplies of the Ukrainian army”.

“Russian air defense systems shot down 13 Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles near the communities of Mezhurino, Balakleya, Borodoyarkoye and Nevskoye in the Kharkov Region and also Vysokoye and Chernobayevka in the Kherson Region”.

“Overall, the following Ukraine targets have been eliminated by Russian military forces since the start of the special military operation: 141 aircraft, 110 helicopters, 566 unmanned aerial vehicles, 265 surface-to-air missile systems, 2,526 tanks and other combat armored vehicles, 283 multiple launch rocket systems, 1,096 field artillery guns and mortars and 2,362 special military motor vehicles”.
