I would like to add another completely different point of view to the issue. And look for what I am saying in the mainstream news, it is happening!
Whoever the bad guys are, they are loosing control everywhere, many states in the US are individually voiding laws passed by Obama, the health care, the gun bans law. I am not from the US so I can't remember exactly which states are involved, but many states have voided these laws, because they can if the law is unconstitutional. Now it is happening even for money, there is for the moment one state that accepts silver/gold as currency, apparently Utah is soon to follow and I can bet more states will follow. This is in the US.
What is happening with Lybia is clearly a run for oil and control of one of the only banks left that is not controlled by the IMF etc. E.g. owned by the state
Anyway, china owns most of their banks too (and owns a lot of the US at the same time)
India I believe too for the statebankofindia.
Many countries of south asia have partially state owned banks.
Guess what, Japan too owns its central public bank, the Japan Post I believe. That earthquake was an opportunity for outsiders, i.e. the IMF etc. to come and 'help' japan rebuild.
Anyway the point is that some countries are out of the stronghold of the IMF, Iceland somewhat joined recently by refusing to pay for the debt of foreign banks stupidities. Ireland it seems is on the same path to just letting the private banks fail and not let the people pay for these failures...
Lets stop about that I'm no expert with these economic issues, I might have said some some wrong things here, if someone knows more please correct me. But all I see is a trend of countries worldwide slowly getting out of reach of the IMF and these private corporations. So in this situation, what are the Fed, CIA and all these corrupt private corporations left with? Paper money and tons of guns etc., expensive and powerful technologies and an extensive worldwide disinformation network paid for by fake money.
Assuming that they cannot use HAARP or nukes to do much harm (which I know is true), what are they left with? A huge disinformation network and no power to do much harm!!! They also have a lot of technology left, I believe they can use it to predict earthquakes in advance, since there are scientists who claimed they figured out how to predict earthquakes, but no one listened to them, I'm sure the secret services did and are now capable of predicting the weather and natural calamities accurately in the very near future.
So if they could predict the earthquake, then yes they sure would play with the stock options etc. in japan to try and make a profit of the events, since they badly need money to continue living.
The only thing they might be still capable to do is influence the weather patterns by seeding clouds with chemtrails and some EM heating so create hot/cold zones to move clouds, but it's nothing that is too dangerous for the planet. Also making people sick by using chemicals and depleted uranium shells (they did use loads in Libya already). But knowing enough truth we can protect ourselves from that by ourselves!
