The location of the building that I was in was

151 North 3rd Street, Phila. Pa. 19106

 

Behind the building is a parking lot and the building that housed

all of this stuff was right behind the parking lot in an old

carriage house that fronts onto a small street behind it.

 

The roof has a skylight in it that was installed right before this all happened.

I am posting this here as I think it may be helpful to people on this site.

I was never sure what to do with this information... but thought I would at least let you all have a look!

 

I had the privilege a few years ago of experiencing project Bluebeam up close. Behind the store that I owned, a building was outfitted to hold projection equipment and a very fancy array of technologies in order to carry this out. From the upper floors of my building (my 5 story building) I watched them dig out the basement, take out all of the floors and install a skylight.  I also was awake enough at the time to figure out who was doing it and to know that they had the background and equipment available to pull this all off. The proof came for me on the day of Tim Russell\'s funeral in Washington D.C.  He was a very poplular anchorman on TV news reporting.  The day of the Funeral, a double rainbow appeared above the stadium.  Everyone was amazed!  It was on all the news channels as I miracle.  At the same time as this happened, a double rainbow appeared behind my building and I took pictures, which included the beam used to project it.  I then checked on youtube and found 12 other rainbows that ocured around the country on that day.  One on the west coast, NYC and Baltimore just to name a few.  There were only a few people around me at the time who believed me, and some of these witnessed everything I saw.

 

Here is the photo I took, shot through my window, showing the beam.  Sorry the screen in the window is distracting... but I think it still shows up any way.

  Mine are the only pictures I could find that show the beam.
