An Open Letter to the International Tribunal for Natural Justice (ITNJ)

Dear ITNJ officers,

I was pleasantly surprised this past week to learn that for the first time, a member of your organization has recognized the existence of our nearly decade-old Tribunal, the ITCCS.

Your silence towards us, after our repeated invitations to your group to work with us, has been both odd and troubling, considering the similarity of our respective mandates and the real successes of ITCCS on the ground in not only exposing but prosecuting crimes against humanity and children by Church and State. Even after our public campaigns and court cases forced criminally complicit officials from office - including Pope Benedict, Cardinals Bertone and Brady, and Jesuit Superior General Adolfo Pachon - the ITNJ has completely shunned our work; at least, until this past week.

Unfortunately, the ITNJ member who has finally acknowledged the ITCCS, one Sacha Stone, has done nothing but attack the ITCCS and challenge the authenticity of the common law court case that we convened in July, 2012 that forced Pope Benedict's resignation and, I might emphasize, created the favorable public climate in which the ITNJ was able to form.

In what appears to be a private email written in a personal capacity, Mr. Stone has expressed doubts about the veracity of our court's verdict or even its actual existence, simply because we did not publicly disclose the identity of the court's "adjudicators, counselors and judges". This same accusation has been repeatedly leveled at the ITCCS for years by government operatives and paid internet trollers, in an attempt to identify and eliminate our inner circle leadership.

Let me state clearly that such threats to our work are not imagined but are tragically real. In Vancouver, Canada, six of our public, front line aboriginal activists were killed or died questionably after naming church crimes and child traffickers. Since the formation of ITCCS in June, 2010, four of our people in Europe have died and a score of others were disappeared or silenced after being targeted, stalked and assaulted by professionals. On the eve of the convening of our first common law court case in the summer of 2012, the location of the court had to be moved twice because of threats and attacks made against its judges by criminals associated with the Vatican's so-called "Holy Alliance", its espionage and assassination bureau.

These incidents, and the need to protect the evidence and witnesses of an ongoing criminal investigation, made it imperative for the identity of the judges, jury and prosecutors of the court to remain strictly confidential. This is in fact the standard procedure of any major court action against powerful organizations, in this case, involving officials at the highest levels of state, religious and corporate power as well as organized crime in Europe and North America. I am sure that Mr. Stone is well aware of this procedural protocol and necessity, which makes his criticisms all the more perplexing and questionable.

Frankly, it is more than troubling that Mr. Stone has chosen to suddenly go on the offensive against the ITCCS during the very fortnight that our Tribunal has a) exposed the sidelining from power of Pope Francis in the Vatican, b) halted a major gathering of the infamous Ninth Circle catholic sacrificial cult in Rome, and c) revealed a deep connection between the Vatican and the Mormon Church and their shared ritual torture and killing of children. Mr. Stone must clarify his timing and intentions in launching this attack against ITCCS. Was Stone speaking only in his own name or on behalf of the entire ITNJ when he began this attack, at the very moment that ITCCS is exposing another bloody piece in the Vatican child killing network?

Furthermore, it is ironic and hypocritical for Mr. Stone or anyone in the ITNJ to question the legitimacy and transparency of the ITCCS when the ITNJ has repeatedly refused to publicly disclose who exactly formed it and from where it receives its funding, or why an official of a criminally convicted body, the Anglican Church, presently serves as one of its directors.

The authenticity and legitimacy of the ITCCS has been proven not by words but in practice. Unlike the ITNJ, we are not simply an information gathering body but a grassroots movement and judicial process to expose, prosecute and outlaw the institutions responsible for centuries of unspeakable crimes against humanity and children. Because of our methods we have stopped these crimes and saved children's lives, forced top officials from office, compelled Canada to admit its history of genocide and created the global climate in which these crimes can finally be faced and acknowledged. Indeed, ITNJ owes its existence to our pioneering work.

For these reasons and on behalf of the Directorate of the ITCCS, I request that the ITNJ publicly explain and disassociate itself from Sacha Stone's attacks on the ITCCS. I also request an explanation concerning your group's continued refusal to join hands with ITCCS in rooting out crimes against children. When the lives of the innocent are at stake, we cannot afford the fatal luxury of infighting, mud throwing and factionalism.
