SHOCK INSIDE THE HEALTH CARE BILL !!!!!!!

HR 3200 is an evil nightmare. I was able to locate a PDF version of HR 3200 (http://frwebgate.access.gpo.gov/cgi-bin/getdoc.cgi?dbname=111_cong_bills&docid=f:h3200ih.txt.pdf) to verify much of the information contained below. I could not verify all the information, mainly because some of the citations were written to cryptic for me. One of the items I noticed but not covered below is that if one claims religious exemption, the government will determine if your claim has merits according to the tenets of your religion.
Following the mad recommendations of Peter Singer made in NYT's Sunday magazine, it pays to take a look at what is actually in the healthcare bill.
It's worse than you can possibly imagine. Somehow, it manages to be Singer on steroids. Who wrote this bill. It has Singer's footprints all over it. [Singer is an Australian philosopher who is having much influence but his ideas would, indeed, be considered ‘mad’ by most: animal rights over human rights, euthanasia, to name a few.]
Peter Fleckstein (aka Fleckman) has been posting on Twitter his findings. (Note: All comments are Fleckman's—[but some of his abbreviations may be confusing to some, so I expanded after his comments. Blue comments mind/ red is his but highlighted by me.])
Pg 58HC Bill - Govt will have real-time access 2 (to) individuals’ finances [!!!???] & A National ID Health card will be issued!
Pg 59 HC Bill lines 21-24 - Govt will have direct access 2 ur [your] bank accounts 4 (for) electronic funds transfer.
Pg 167 Lines 18-23 - ANY individual who doesn't have acceptable HC according 2 Govt will be taxed 2.5% of Income.
Pg 195 HC Bill - Officers & employees of HC Admin (GOVT) will have access 2 ALL Americans’ financial AND personal records.
Pg 317 L 13-20 - PROHIBITION on ownership/investment. Govt tells Drs. what/how much they can own!!
PG 429 Lines 10-12 - "Advance. care consultation" may include an ORDER 4 end of life plans. AN ORDER from GOV. [I guess they know best…????? Yikes…CAN ANY CONGRESSMAN REALLY BE SERIOUS ABOUT VOTING FOR THIS????? Pages 425 – 429 deal with euthanasia, more below.]
Pg 22 of the HC Bill - MANDATES the Govt will audit books of ALL EMPLOYERS that self insure!!
Pg 29 lines 4-16 in the HC bill - YOUR HEALTHCARE IS RATIONED!!!
Pg 30 Sec 123 of HC bill - THERE WILL BE A GOVT COMMITTEE that decides what treatments/benes [benefits] u [you] get…[not a doctor!]
Pg 42 of HC Bill - The Health Choices Commissioner will choose UR [your] HC [Health Care] Benefits 4 you. U have no choice!
PG 50 Section 152 in HC bill - HC will be provided 2 ALL non US citizens, illegal or otherwise.
PG 65 Sec 164 - is a payoff subsidized plan 4 retirees and their families in Unions & community orgs (ACORN). TRANSLATION: Unions and Acorn et al are EXEMPT FROM THIS HC BILL.
Pg 72 Lines 8-14 - Govt is creating an HC Exchange 2 bring priv [private] HC plans under Govt control. TRANSLATION: NO MORE PRIVATE PLANS.
PG 84 Sec 203 HC bill - Govt mandates ALL benefit pkgs 4 private HC plans in the Exchange.
PG 85 Line 7 HC Bill - Specs [specifications] for Benefit Levels for Plans [includes AARP} = The Govt will ration ur [your] Healthcare!

Pg 280 Sec 1151 - Govt will penalize hospitals 4 what Govt deems preventable readmissions.
Pg 298 Lines 9-11 - Drs, treat a patient during initial admission that results in a readmiss, Govt will penalize u.
Pg 317-318 lines 21-25,1-3 - PROHIBITION on expansion- Govt is mandating hospitals cannot expand.

Pg 425 Lines 17-19 - Govt will instruct & consult regarding living wills, durable powers of atty. Mandatory! [I wonder to whom we will be instructed to give power of attorney!!]
PG 425 Lines 22-25, 426 Lines 1-3 - Govt provides approved list of end of life resources, guiding u in death. [Yeah, I was looking for that guidance!]
PG 427 Lines 15-24 - Govt mandates program 4 orders 4 end of life. The Govt has a say in how your life ends. [They will ORDER end of life!!]
Pg 429 Lines 1-9 - An "Advance care planning consultation" will be used frequently as patients health deteriorates. [Which consultation will be your last?]
Pg 429 Lines 13-25 - Govt will specify which Doctors can write an end of life order. [Oh, good, at least not EVERY doctor can tell me to go shoot myself.]
PG 430 Lines 11-15 - Govt will decide what level of treatment u will have at end of life. [Oh, I guess I can’t shoot myself. They will do the shooting. I’m so relieved.]
Pg 469 - Community Based Home Medical Services=Non profit orgs. Hello, ACORN Medical Svcs here!!? [Have you heard of all the illegal activity in Acorn and the countless related organizations?]
Pg 472 Lines 14-17 - PAYMENT TO COMMUNITY-BASED ORG. 1 monthly payment 2 a community-based org. Like ACORN?
PG 489 Sec 1308 The Govt will cover Marriage & Family therapy. Which means they will insert Govt into ur marriage. [Oh, yes, it’s much better to have the government in our bedrooms than any church. And we all know what exemplary marriages government employees have!!]
Pg 494-498 - Govt will cover Mental Health Svcs including defining, creating, rationing those svcs. [I think they’ll make more business for themselves in this area! Actually, they should penalize themselves for READMISSIONS since we’re all going to go crazy!]
I DON’T KNOW WHERE THIS IS IN THE BILL, BUT I KNOW THIS IS INCLUDED, ALSO..
Regardless of your position on abortion, please read this with an open mind…The US Govt has never PAID for abortions—until this bill. The govt ALLOWS abortions, but doesn’t PAY for them—not directly. (Planned Parenthood gets money, yes.) It’s true that the US Govt pays for abortions internationally, again, with the Mexico policy change this year. BUT UNTIL NOW THE US HAS NEVER FUNDED ABORTIONS IN THE US .
Doctors and hospitals will be MANDATED TO PERFORM ABORTIONS, WITH NO CONSCIENCE CLAUSE to exclude themselves. I wonder if they will also be forced to continue to practice medicine if they object.
I PRAY YOU ARE AS UNCOMFORTABLE WITH THIS BILL AS I AM. IF SO, PLEASE PASS ON AND PLEASE CONTACT YOUR CONGRESSMEN. REMEMBER, YOUR CONGRESSMEN WILL BE PRESSURED TO VOTE YES. SO WE NEED TO KEEP CONTACTING THEM.
I KNOW THERE ARE SO MANY ISSUES TO ACT ON. BUT THIS ONE BILL DEALS WITH MORE ISSUES THAN ANY OTHER…AND IT WILL PROVIDE THE GOVERNMENT MORE CONTROL THAN ANY OTHER BILL SO FAR.
Of course, please also pray, pray, pray. If you believe in America , the way it was founded, it will take something of a miracle to get it back.
