Citizens denounce Obamacare, vow to not comply

(NaturalNews) There have been efforts by politicians at different levels of government to keep Obamacare from even getting a legal foothold in America. And doctors have grouped together and paid for TV infomercials protesting Obamacare.
But guess what. It's here; it's happening. Some will be happy to get health insurance with preexisting conditions. They are eager to enter the medical system that is at least the third highest cause of death in America after heart disease and cancer.
Those people, and there are too many, have been convinced that there are no other options for maintaining health outside this medical mafia system that refuses to allow alternative solutions or real preventative health measures, and they will be happy to comply.
But there are some others who are taking responsibility for their health and prefer natural health solutions. Nevertheless, they too will be forced to buy into Obamacare or face penalties enforced by the IRS. To resist or comply becomes the question.
There is a spokesperson for resisting, a sort of internet Joan of Arc, who has openly vowed to not comply with the Obamacare mandates. [1]
Her name is Daisy Luther, and she has even started a Facebook page: "We Will Not Comply with Obamacare."
A few points of contention raised by Daisy's resistance
One is cost. Obamacare is promoted as affordable for everyone. But many now buying into the insurance exchanges under Obamacare in different states have experienced dramatic premium cost increases despite the fact that they are healthy. [2]
Granted, the comparisons are against the lowest possible health insurance plans available. A link to the price comparison list is available in the sources below. [2a]
The government claims those higher priced policies that younger folks have to buy offer more and allow for preexisting conditions.
But many young individuals and families are only able to budget for high-deductible "catastrophic" plans, while some can't afford any plans. They may qualify for subsidies toward enforced Obamacare plans that will probably stretch them financially as well.
Another scary feature of Obamacare is the wrath of the IRS. The Obamacare tax that "isn't a tax" will be enforced by the same type of police power the IRS has for unpaid taxes if you don't buy into an Obamacare exchange. This is why the IRS staff has been beefed up with 16,500 new personnel.
That means they can dock your pay or your social security checks. They can go in and take money from your checking or savings account. And they can put tax liens on your property that you may not even know about until you try to sell it.
The IRS claims this isn't true. That there is nothing in the Obamacare bill that permits all those harsh tactics. But here's how they get around that. By making the non-tax a tax when they add the penalty to your tax bill. Then, if it isn't paid, the IRS can go after you.
According to InfoWars' Joseph Watson, Will Sheehan attempted to sign up for an Obamacare Silver plan with a preexisting diabetes type I condition and then chose to opt out, because it was too costly.
He was warned that, by opting out, over $4,000 would be added to his tax bill annually. Then, if that wasn't paid, all the IRS enforcement policies can be used against him because now it's a tax. White House speaks with a forked tongue, eh? [3]
Daisy also raised concerns over the lack of medical history privacy under Obamacare. Avoiding vaccinations? They'll know that. She also cites an example of a medical history leak that's already occurred in Minnesota. [4]
Pretty scary stuff. Tune in. Hopefully the citizens' resistance will catch on and opportunistic politicians will exploit it. Or maybe it'll crumble from bureaucratic complexity.
