New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio demanded that NYPD law enforcement officers must get the jabs or lose their jobs. Now, the largest NYPD union has filed suit against this abusive mandate.

Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot also mandated the jab. Now thousands of officers are pushing back. Similar pushback is coming from other law enforcement officers around the country.

• “I am asking for help,” one police officer wrote us. “I was placed on non-disciplinary paid suspension, and my Investigator badge, ID, firearm [were] taken and all police powers suspended prior to [when] my religious exemption was denied. My religious exemption was denied three days after I was placed on non-disciplinary paid suspension … ”

   

• “I’m a police officer ... Our governor (Inslee) has already denied all religious exemptions for ‘public facing employees.’”

   

• “My husband works for the Massachusetts State Police. He is currently being mandated to get the vaccine, which we feel very strongly against ... I am sick over this. He is our sole income.”

The rhetoric against those who chose not to get the shots has become abusive, even against the men and women in blue. “Get the damn vaccine,” said Ted Williams, a Fox News contributor. He said police officers who refuse the shots are “idiots.” Refusing the jab, he said, is “so dumb and stupid” and “childish.” Williams mentioned Colin Powell, who died from COVID. Gen. Powell was “fully vaccinated” against COVID, which completely eviscerates his argument for forcing these ineffective shots.

But don’t let the truth get in the way of an anti-freedom tirade ...

Washington state just fired 74 state troopers who declined the shots.

In Los Angeles, a police recruit had already quit his other job to begin his new career in law enforcement. During his physical, he was told he must get the shot or be terminated. He was also told that “religious exemptions do not work and people are already being fired for applying for them.”

We are helping tens of thousands of people obtain religious exemptions. And we are providing critical research for strategic litigation, including a case being reviewed now by the Supreme Court involving over 2,000 health care workers in Maine.

These cases we are assisting also include (1) a massive class action lawsuit on behalf of military members, federal employees and federal civilian contractors, (2) a case in New York and (3) this week, a class action lawsuit in Illinois.

Right now, in Philadelphia only 1 in 10 police officers have gotten the jab. Any mandate would destroy this police force.

The Police Benevolent Association of the City of New York just filed a lawsuit fighting for medical and religious freedom and weekly testing options.

Their case states, “A police officer with sincerely held medical, health, or religious concerns with the vaccine will face irreparable harm if forced to submit … Once a vaccination occurs, that bell cannot be un-rung.”

Chicago Mayor Lightfoot said there will be “consequences” for any city employee who did not receive the shots. The police union president and thousands of officers are defying her order. Thousands of officers protested outside the HR office demanding freedom.

These men and women in blue work in one of the highest crime areas of the country. They put their lives on the line every day. This abuse must end.

The promised “benefit” from this injection continues to evaporate. One nurse shared that only a small fraction of those sick with COVID were “unvaccinated.” In fact, only 16-20% of all the people she has “known personally who have tested positive for COVID recently have been unvaccinated. Yes, unvaccinated.” That means from what this nurse sees, 80%+ of those getting sick are vaccinated. While the percentages will differ in other locations, the fact is the shots are ineffective.

A Yale professor of epidemiology (studies the cause and treatment of disease), Harvey Risch, would rather take healthy children out of school and homeschool them before giving them this jab!

Dr. Risch teaches at the Department of Epidemiology and Public Health at the Yale School of Public Health and Yale School of Medicine. He is a former member of the board of editors for the American Journal of Epidemiology and author of more than 350 original peer-reviewed research publications—and even he is warning people against these injections!
