It started when Planned Parenthood called abortionist Thomas Moran to testify. Moran claimed he was very "anxious" when he learned that he was filmed in the undercover investigation, because he feared he would be publicly outed as an abortion provider.
Keep in mind that Sandra’s team has never been allowed to publish some of their undercover videos... including the one(s) with Moran.
Moran testified that he had NEVER posted anything online about his abortion work. He had kept a low profile. He doesn't "draw attention" to his abortion work. Based on this "anxiety," about being thrust into the public eye, Planned Parenthood asked the jury to award it "damages." But that was ALL LIES.
When my legal team cross examined him, Moran's entire story unraveled.
Moran had signed an online, public petition with his name as an abortion provider, pledging to be a "loud and clear advocate" for unrestricted abortion rights. When asked if this was consistent with portraying a low profile and not drawing attention to his abortion work, Moran's first reaction was that he had "Um ... a teeny bit of embarrassment."
But there was more. My legal team showed an online abortion training manual that Moran helped author and publish. The Early Abortion Training Workbook by UCSF’s Bixby Center publicly thanked Moran for his contribution. Moran said he was "proud" of his contribution.
My legal team confronted Moran that his earlier sworn testimony was untrue, about keeping a low profile, avoiding attention and never publishing anything about his abortion work.
Harry stated, “The one thing you were anxious our defendants would do… you voluntarily did yourself in open court.” Moran's final response was: "Counselor, you got me."
What appears to be a game of lies to this abortionist, is a matter of life and death for these newborns. Planned Parenthood is still pushing ahead with their punitive case against Sandra. They are still trying to crack down on her for exposing their evil practices of birthing live babies and then cutting them up for “science.”
In addition, Planned Parenthood and more than 270 U.S. legislators are still fighting against the Born-Alive Act. This bill would close the loophole that abortionists are using to neglect, dissect, and kill babies born alive after a failed abortion. This bill will require that babies born alive are given the same level of care provided to other children of their same gestational age. And still that is too much care for most Democrats in Congress!
Will you help us hold their feet to the fire? We must stand up and demand justice for the little ones who are born alive and then killed for their organs. These newborns must not be forgotten. Send an urgent fax to targeted legislators demanding they change their vote and protect our youngest Americans.

I want to make sure Planned Parenthood won’t have the final say when it comes to our laws. And I want to make sure that the justice that Sandra seeks will be found both in court and in Congress. Liberty Counsel Action’s team is gearing up to continue a big push on Capitol Hill.
We are scheduling meetings and discussing this horrific breech of justice. And our team is working to grow a group of fellow organizations who are also pushing for justice.
I’m concerned that Planned Parenthood thinks it’s already won this round. But they don’t have the confidence in you that I do: in your willingness to pray, to spread the word, to get involved and to make a difference in this life-or-death battle.
When we meet with legislators and staff, it would be an incredible bolster of strength to have your faxes flooding these same offices that we are meeting with. These children are relying on us to protect them. Will you demand justice? Add your voice to ours by sending an urgent fax today to Congress to say, “Enough.” It is time for this to stop.
