Abortionist Mary I-want-a-Lamborghini Gatter took the stand this week. She had one of the most egregious comments recorded by Sandra. While dickering over what Mary would get paid for the body parts like hearts, lungs, and livers from babies that she and her associates killed, she said she wants an exotic car.  

Liberty Counsel attorney, Harry Mihet, who crossed examined her, shared the following: 

“This put me in a particular pickle, because I had built my entire opening statement around that reprehensible remark, and now I wasn’t going to have the evidence to prove it.” 

But under oath, “Dr. Lamborghini” let the truth slip out.

I’m guessing her lawyers had repeatedly warned her against mentioning the specific content of the video itself. Because if she did, then our team could ask her about the Lamborghini statement.

But what Planned Parenthood didn’t plan on was the prayers of many to thwart and frustrate their attempts at injustice.

Gatter volunteered a completely unnecessary and gratuitous remark, to the effect of (paraphrase): “I was shocked and alarmed about the video when it came out because they edited out the good parts and left in only the worst parts of the conversation.”

All the lawyers in the room knew exactly what just happened. Harry said, “On cross examination, I asked her what the “worst parts” were which she said were left in the video and caused her distress. Objections flew left and right. But the court overruled them, because Planned Parenthood had opened the door.”

Gatter paused. She hemmed, hawed, waffled and wavered, but in the end, she had no choice but to cough up the truth: 

(paraphrase) 

Harry: And what particular comments of yours were left in the video to give the wrong impression, Dr. Gatter?

PP Lawyers: Objection! 

Court: Overruled.

Gatter: Ahm, uhhhh, ummmm, … I think I made a comment jokingly about what I would receive in compensation.

Harry: And what comment did you make, Dr. Gatter?

Gatter: I said I wanted a Lamborghini.

Harry: And that was in the context of discussing the price that Defendants would be paying you for fetal parts, isn’t that right, Dr. Gatter?

Gatter: It was.

You could hear a pin drop. Thanks to the intervention of an Almighty God, Sandra’s jury finally got a glimpse of exactly who and what Planned Parenthood is.

It is an organization willing to slaughter newborn babies because they want to sell them to get enough money for an exotic car! Will you sign our petition to stop Planned Parenthood from continuing this through the Born-Alive Act currently in Congress? 

Then my legal team got to show a four and one-half minute video of former Planned Parenthood Federation of America’s senior director of medical services Dr. Deborah Crunch-above-crunch-below Nucatola.

During the friendly questions from Planned Parenthood attorneys, Dr. Nucatola again opened the door for our legal team. Planned Parenthood attorneys objected passionately against showing the video.

The court finally allowed the video, if played on mute. Harry objected and said that the purpose of the video was to show that 20 or more people came to, or by the restaurant table, within earshot of Nucatola talking about altering abortion procedures to extract intact body parts—and she never lowered her voice.

Harry then argued if Planned Parenthood would concede that the conversation included sensitive subjects that could be overheard by third parties, the video would not need to be shown. Planned Parenthood refused to concede that. The court then allowed the video to be shown with audio.

Nucatola described using ultrasound guidance to flip a baby in the womb to feet-first breech position, in order to extract the baby intact and harvest whole, fresh organs.

“So then you’re just kind of cognizant of where you put your graspers, you try to intentionally go above and below the thorax, so that, you know, we’ve been very good at getting heart, lung, liver, because we know that, so I’m not gonna crush that part, I’m going to basically crush below, I’m gonna crush above, and I’m gonna see if I can get it all intact. And with the calvarium[head], in general, some people will actually try to change the presentation so that it’s not vertex, because when it’s vertex presentation, you never have enough dilation at the beginning of the case, unless you have real, huge amount of dilation to deliver an intact calvarium. So if you do it starting from the breech presentation, there’s dilation that happens as the case goes on, and often, the last, you can evacuate an intact calvarium at the end … And, we’ve been pretty successful with that, I’d say.”

The jury was visibly moved by the video in which Nucatola sipped wine while eating a salad and casually talked openly for anyone to hear. (You can watch it for yourself at www.LCAction.org/BornAlive.)

This video is outrageous! I hope you will join me in pushing for the most basic regulation –which is still being fought against tooth and nail by Planned Parenthood. The Born-Alive Act will establish punishments for medical staff who neglect, dissect, or kill a living newborn baby.
