A gobsmacking new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting Supreme Socialist Leader Joe Biden having quipped to an audience during the 2012 presidential campaign “Anyone here have a Swiss bank account?”, says not having any humor about such public disparagements is the powerful and feared banking organization Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA)—a banking organization that oversees (2018 estimate) $6.5 trillion in assets, or 25% of all global cross-border assets, and is best described as one the world’s top intelligence services.

Which made it shocking to see socialist leader Biden openly attacking Swiss banks again last week when he made an address to the US Congress—an attack quickly responded to by FINMA, that saw its spokeswoman Isabelle Roesch firing back at Biden: “Switzerland considers this highlighting of Switzerland as a tax haven by the USA as inappropriate and completely out of date…Switzerland meets all international standards in tax matters”.

As to why Biden made this attack, many have speculated it is due to FINMA having opened up an investigation into the billions-of-dollars that began flowing from Iraq to Iran after Biden secretly green lighted this exchange in early March—but this weekend saw this FINMA investigation going into hyper-drive after a bombshell report was released by the Al Mayadeen news service in Lebanon—wherein it revealed details about a secret Biden prisoner swap deal with Iran that would result in the release of $7-billion in frozen Iranian funds—and whose revelation of rocked the European Union to its very core, as they have in their possession Iranian diplomat AssadolahAssadi, who in February was convicted in a secret trial he wasn’t allowed to attend and sentenced to 20-years imprisonment, with a stipulation ordering he can never be exchanged in a prisoner swap.

Joining with whatever Biden is attempting to do was the shock revelation that the Obama-Biden regime’s former Secretary of State John Kerry illegally gave classified information to Iran—a shock revelation coming at the same it was revealed Biden administration officials, including John Kerry and Robert Malley, had meetings with Iranian Foreign Minister Javad Zarif during the Trump administration that were orchestrated to undermine President Trump—and in 2019, saw President Trump directly addressing this treason when he stated: “John Kerry tells them not to call…That's a violation of the Logan Act, and frankly he should be prosecuted on that, but my people don't want to do anything”.

In analyzing what Biden is doing, last week it saw top Republican Party leader US Senator Lindsey Graham and former State Department spokeswoman Morgan Ortagus releasing their open letter “Biden’s $90 Billion Bailout to Tehran” warning how Biden is preparing to unleash chaos around the entire Middle East—deliberately caused chaos whose war bounties will soar into the multiple billions-of-dollars—and at this very hour, sees socialist Democrat Party carpetbaggers like US Senator Chris Murphy and US Senator Chris Coons flying all over the Middle East to vacuum up as much of this blood money as possible.

For over a decade, sitting at the very center of this Biden den of traitorous vipers was Swiss diplomat Sylvie Brunner, who as the deputy head of the foreign interests section at the Swiss embassy in Iran represented the interests of United States, as the US and Iran have no formal diplomatic relations—which is why FINMA investigators ordered her to return to Switzerland so she could testify about her knowledge of what Biden is planning, and into whose pockets billions-of-dollars are now flowing.

On Tuesday, however, a loud noise “like an explosion” was heard after midnight coming from the Kamraniyeh Towers, a high-rise block in the north of Tehran, where Swiss diplomat Brunner lived on the 18^th floor, and eight hours later her lifeless body was discovered on the ground outside of this 20-story building by a gardener—which began an investigation that found no sign of a struggle or blood in her apartment—but later it was reported that an unsigned note was found in her apartment mysteriously reading “After my death take my body back to Switzerland and inform my son…Then, cremate my body and bury it next to my child who died. moreover, give all my money and everything I have to my other son”—and most ironically, saw this mysterious death occurring at the same time it was reported: “Hilarious: A US govt-funded org founded by NATO to spread “free markets” did a poll in 53 mostly rich countries...It found 44% of respondents see the United States as a threat, compared to 38% for China and 28% Russia”  [Note: Some words and/or phrases appearing in quotes in this report are English language approximations of Russian words/phrases having no exact counterpart.]
