Since when does the FBI, Inc. ever cooperate?  When would they ever willingly provide video?  They don’t.  There are two eye witness accounts of what happened to LaVoy Finicum and both said that LaVoy had his hands in the air when he was shot multiple times and that after he fell on the groud he still had his hands in the air and they continued to shoot him.  The eye witnesses never reported that he went for his pocket. 

In order for a police office to be convicted of a wrongful death, there has to be evidence that there was no reason to shoot LaVoy Finicum, which I believe there is.  There already exists two separate eye witness accounts and both have reported the same thing.  Plus, real police dash cam videos, but I doubt the public will ever see those.  The two eye witneesess were not together when the shooting happened nor did they speak to each other afterwards, but they both saw what happened and their stories are consistent.  LaVoy had his hands up when he was shot, he was lying on the ground with his hands still up in the air when he was shot multiple more times.  They never reported that he ever went for his pocked, because he didn’t, because he never dropped his arms.  

It was a matter of hours after Victoria Sharp’s eye witness testimony of seeing LaVoy Finicum, not only never drop his arms, but be shot multiple more times after he fell with his arms still in the air, that the FBI released a video on their youtube channel.  In their rush to get their “unedited” video out they forget to make sure that they had the correct date on their “unedited” video.  The date stamp is a day off.  Too late though, it’s been shared too many times for the “unedited” video to be pulled.  However, I did notice that certain youtube channels were blacking out the date and others were pulling the video.  So much for it not being “edited.”  According to professional videographers there are many other things wrong with the video as well.

Which brings me to another point.  If you are going to release a video to the public why would you make a point to state “unedited?”  That practically screams that it has been edited.  Wouldn’t you just say, here is the video of the shooting of LaVoy Finicum?   Not here is the “unedited” video of the shooting of LaVoy Finicum, which turns out to have been created a day after the actual shooting of LaVoy Finicum?  Sorry boys, but that is in fact, absolute proof, that it was in fact “edited.”

The facts are the FBI, Inc. has been caught red handed with a fake “edited” video and trying to pass it off as the real video. It appears they are tampering with evidence and trying to lie their way out of the truth.  Trying to blame LaVoy for them shooting him while he had his arms up in the air, harmless and unarmed. 

THE TRUTH IS LAVOY FINICUM NEVER DROPPED HIS ARMS AND THEY MURDERED HIM IN COLD BLOOD!
