Good on this judge for this decision.
Unfortunately, these wars of conquest have left many of our military in a compromised mental and emotional state, and the concoction of drugs they have been given, haven't helped much at all.
When our Vets are having adverse reactions to the drugs they have been given, they need IMMEDIATE evaluations, and should not have to wait for weeks for them to be "fit in" to the VA's schedule.
From the latest statistics, we understand the following:

The article goes on to state:
"The VA released its newest National Suicide Data Report on Monday, which includes data from 2005 through 2015. Much in the report remained unchanged from two years ago, when the VA reported suicide statistics through 2014. Veteran suicide rates are still higher than the rest of the population, particularly among women.
In both reports, the VA said an average of 20 veterans succumbed to suicide every day. In its newest version, the VA was more specific."
This figure is horrifically alarming, particularly for anyone who has family or friends in our military.
