A troubling new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first sees this transcript showing Security Council Members reviewing a just issued Ministry of Defense (MoD) war bulletin warning: “The intensity of NATO air reconnaissance near the borders of the Russian Federation in the Black Sea continues growing...We view the United States aggressive military activity in the Black Sea region as a threat to regional security and strategic stability”—in response to this warning sees President Putin stating: “Now, the United States and its NATO allies are conducting unscheduled, I want to underline it, unscheduled drills in the waters of the Black Sea…And not only a powerful ship group has been formed, but also aviation, strategic aviation, is being used in the drills”—a statement joined by Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov vowing a response to this “aggression” with the pledge: “We reaffirmed our intention to continue to show an exceptionally restrained approach, not to create problems artificially, but we will, of course, react to the unfriendly steps that the West is taking...We will act in a reciprocal manner, and if necessary, also asymmetrically”.

Security Council Members in this transcript note that the “asymmetrical” defense doctrine of the Russian Federation calls for overwhelming military force to be used against enemy aggressors—a defensive military doctrine added to last year when the United States was warned that Russia will see any incoming missile launch as nuclear—when occurring would instantly activate the “escalate to de-escalate” nuclear war strategy of the Russian Federation, that calls for its largest in the world nuclear weapons arsenal to be unleashed against American and NATO military bases in both Europe and the United States, after which a “pause for peace” would be offered before a full thermonuclear exchange begins—and if peace is not achieved, it would then activate the “Perimeter” defense of the Russian Federation, that’s best known as the automatic “Dead Hand” nuclear missile launch system no human being controls that will fire all of its nuclear missiles to obliterate everything living thing in the Western world—while the West is being obliterated would see Russian citizens protected in their fully stocked nuclear bomb shelters they constantly practice using in survival drills—after which the Russian people would emerge into the world’s still largest countryto rebuild using Russia’s largest in world $75-trillion wealth in natural resources.   

With the United States having full knowledge of the “asymmetrical” defense doctrine of the Russian Federation, along with its ability to withstand a full retaliatory nuclear strike and rebuild afterwards, this transcript sees Security Council Members agreeing that only a lunatic madman would even contemplate a war with Russia—and today sees this lunatic madman being Supreme Socialist Leader Joe Biden, who yesterday, in addressing the refugee crisis on the Belarus-Poland border, stated: “It’s of great concern…We’ve communicated our concern to Russia…We’ve communicated our concern to Belarus…We think it’s a problem”—is a “great concern” over a refugee crisis Biden says he has about European countries over 5,500-miles away from the US-Mexico border, that he’s allowed over 1.7-millions to flood over into America during the past 10-months—and whose “great concern” over borders Biden doesn’t have about his own country as he prepares to fire over 12,000 US Border Agents on 22 November for refusing to take experimental Covid vaccines.

As it pertains to the “great concern” Biden says he has about the refugee crisis on the Belarus-Poland border, this report details, socialist defense think tanks in Americaare spewing out war propaganda documents like “Belarus Is Laying Tinder for a War. How Will NATO Respond?”, wherein it screams: “The weaponization of migrants shows how gray-zone tactics flummox an alliance set up to deal with conventional or nuclear attacks”—in factual reality sees this so-called “Tinder for a War” being around 2,000 refugees stranded at the Belarus-Poland border trying to enter the European Union—are refugees that “someone” legally paid $4,000 for their visas and air travel to Belarus—are war refugees fleeing from the Middle Eastern countries the US and EU have been destroying for the past 20-years, and sees them saying such things like “Even if 100 people die here, our people won’t go back…Because we don’t want the old life, we want a better life” and “I’ll camp here all winter if I have to”—because the West won’t take in these war refugees they’re responsible for it caused Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko to warn he’ll cut off the natural gas supply to the European Union and let them freeze this winter—a warning joined by Foreign Ministry human rights envoy GrigoryLukyantsev slamming the West with his statement: “On Friday, representatives of Poland in the UN and the European Union, who made a general statement, mentioned that it was all the fault of the "criminal Lukashenko regime" and so on...At the same time, they turn blind eye to what is happening in relation to the migrants themselves...They either hush it up, or say that all these are necessary measures...These are outright double standards in assessing the relevant situation”—then it saw Belarus Defense Minister Viktor Khrenin grimly warning: “It seems that our Western neighbors, in particular Poland, are ready to unleash a conflict in which they want to involve Europe as part of solving their domestic political problems, as well as problems within the European Union”—a warning quickly followed by the MoD issuing an urgent war bulletin stating: “On 12 November, a Russian paratrooper unit will land on an unknown site on the territory of the Grodno region in the Republic of Belarus as part of a surprise combat readiness inspection of the Airborne Force and take part in a joint tactical exercise with units of the Belarusian armed forces”.

At the same time elite Russian paratroopers began their combat deployment to Belarus yesterday, this report continues, top socialist Biden Regime officials were reported to be “huddling with allies over the possible Russian invasion of Ukraine”—is a fairy tale invasion neither Russia or Ukraine know anything about, nor does Chairman of the US Joint Chiefs of Staff General Mark Milley, who yesterday stated: “We are watching Russian military movements very closely…It is not something that is overtly aggressive right this minute, in other words, there’s not something that indicates that they’re going to invade tonight or tomorrow sort of thing”—a statement then followed by British Chief of the Defence Staff Nick Carter warning that “due to escalating tensions between the West and Russia, the risk of an accidental war is now the highest in decades”—saw this warning quickly followed by British troops being deployed to the border of Belarus—all of which was joined by British newspapers cheering socialist leader Biden’s deployment of long-range nuclear missiles able to strike Moscow in 6-minutes, and whose repugnant map shows a nuclear bomb mushroom cloud over Moscow, which is the second largest city in Europe having a population of over 12.5-million men, women and children. 

This transcript sees Security Council Members noting that the demonization of Russia in the West giving license to those cheering for the deaths of millions, was a deliberate socialist plot designed to destroy President Donald Trump—a socialist plot the leftist Washington Post quietly admitted this week was made up—a socialist plot Russian intelligence services know every single detail of, which is why the Wall Street Journal is now warning: “The information game between the U.S. and Russia is as much about the secrets they keep for each other as the secrets they keep from each other”—in knowing that Russia knows everything about this socialist plot is why the New York Times just published their article “It’s Time to Get Honest About the Biden Doctrine”, that states: “Everyone gets something, no one gets everything, which is why the core principles of Mr. Biden’s worldview have been hard to pin down”—is a doctrine socialist leader Biden best clarify before he ignites an “accidental war”—and whose timing to do so is fast running out, because the post-American world now has the Balkans shaking, and if it topples the rest of the world goes with it.
