A compelling new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting President Putin and French President Emmanuel Macron discussed the Ukraine crisis during a one-hour and 40-minute phone call yesterday, says it was followed by President Putin holding a telephone conversation with Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko about the situation around the United States and NATO’s response to Moscow’s proposals on security guarantees—at 7:04 pm Moscow time (11:04 am US Eastern time) yesterday, President Putin then accepted a call from Camp David-Maryland and spoke with Supreme Socialist Leader Joe Biden for 58-minutes in a call ending at 8:06 pm Moscow time (12:06 pm US Eastern time)—after which the White House released the statement: “President Joseph R. Biden, Jr. spoke today with President Vladimir Putin of Russia about Russia’s escalating military buildup on the borders of Ukraine…President Biden was clear that, if Russia undertakes a further invasion of Ukraine, the United States together with our Allies and partners will respond decisively and impose swift and severe costs on Russia”—a highly deceptive statement followed by top Kremlin foreign policy aide Yuri Ushakov more honestly revealing: “Russia’s president spoke with Biden about “destructive” policies pursued by the Ukrainian authorities to “sabotage” the Minsk agreements, a major 2015 multinational deal that outlined a roadmap out of the conflict in eastern Ukraine, where Kiev forces face off the breakaway republics of Donetsk and Luhansk...Russia’s president stressed that the Western countries do not put enough “pressure” on Kiev to fulfill the deal…The conversation came amid an atmosphere of unprecedented hysteria by US officials over Russia’s supposedly imminent invasion of Ukraine...Joe Biden mentioned possible anti-Russian sanctions, which was expected given the tense situation around Ukraine...At the same time, this issue was not at the center of the fairly long conversation with the Russian leader...At the backdrop of the allegations regarding the ‘invasion’, conditions are being created for possible provocative actions by the Ukrainian armed forces”.

Immediately following these phone conversations, this report notes, United States Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin ordered 160 members of the Florida National Guard to leave Ukraine—an order joined by British Armed Forces Minister James Heappey announcing the immediate withdrawal of all of his countries troops from Ukraine—in response to this planned hysteria Tulsi Gabbard, an Iraq War veteran who ran unsuccessfully for the 2020 Democratic presidential nomination, grimly observed: “The military-industrial complex is the one that benefits from this…They clearly control the Biden administration…Warmongers on both sides of Washington have been drumming up these tensions...It just points to one conclusion that I can see, which is, they actually want Russia to invade Ukraine”—and in the latest bizarre twist to this socialist insanity, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky is now demanding proof about this fantasy invasion, with him pleading: “There has been too much information about a full-scale war with Russia – even specific dates have been announced…If you have any additional information regarding the 100 percent guaranteed invasion of Ukraine by Russia on 16 February, please give it to us”.

After the Ministry of Defense (MoD) issued an urgent war bulletin yesterday revealing that a US Virginia-class nuclear-powered attack submarine had been detected and chased away in Russian territorial waters off the Kuril Islands, this report continues, it was quickly followed by another urgent war bulletin stating: “On 12 February 2022, Defense Minister of the Russian Federation Army General S. Shoigu and Secretary of Defense of the United States L. Austin held talks by phone...The security issues of mutual interest were touched upon”—immediately after which the United States Navy issued the statement: “There is no truth to the Russian claims of our operations in their territorial waters”—but is a lying statement, because the Russian Navy destroyer Marshal Shaposhnikov documented the exact location of this US submarine before chasing it away.

Security Council Members in this transcript note that lying American statements are always accepted as unquestionable truths by socialist indoctrinated Western media propagandists, all of whom today, however, are recoiling in horror after Norway became the latest nation to cancel all of its Covid restrictions and mandates—an act of sanity coming at the exact same time France deployed over 7,200 police officers to beat and terrorize its citizens protesting tyrannical Covid mandates—comes at the same exact time New Zealand switched on sprinklers and blared the “Baby Shark” song to deter its Freedom Convoy-inspired protesters demanding an end to Covid mandates—comes at the exact same time tens-of-thousands of Australians brought their capitol city Canberra to a standstill protesting Covid mandates—and comes at the exact same time socialist Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau deployed snipers to rain down hell on his citizens protesting Covid mandates—in the latest Maru poll, conducted from 9-10 February, it shows that only 16% of Canadians would vote for Prime Minister Trudeau—all of which has now caused leftist HBO host Bill Maher to say to Prime Minister Trudeau, “Now you do sound like Hitler”.

Knowing the full and brutal truth that the socialist Biden Regime’s warmonger hysteria about an imaginary Russian invasion of Ukraine and the 6 January false flag event are two sides of the same coin, this report continues, yesterday it caused Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova to most accurately assess: “The media coverage, I would say, is unprecedented, because all Western resources that position themselves as independent have shown their true face by exclusively serving this custom-made story from Washington...We should treat it exactly as a hysteric fit...The purpose of this hysteria is to escalate the situation and, of course, to create a provocation...This is part of an internationally reaching provocation...The provocation did not start two months ago, as the ground was prepared long ago - since the start of the Ukrainian conflict, which is actively run by the United States”.

Now joining this correct assessment of how long this “provocation” has been ongoing, this report notes, was the Quincy Institute for Responsible Statecraft revealing on Friday that: “Ukrainian lobbyists contacted US congressional offices, think tanks, and media figures over 10,000 times last year, according to an analysis of Foreign Agents Registration Act”—is an army of lobbyists more likened to intelligence operations, one of whose covert mission plots resulted in the unjust impeachment of President Donald Trump over a call he made to Ukraine President Zelensky—one of whose main leaders of is Socialist Leader Biden’s top official National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan, who yesterday warned: “We are in the window when an invasion could begin at any time...I will not comment on the details of our intelligence information, but I do want to be clear: It could begin during the Olympics, despite a lot of speculation that it would only happen after the Olympics”—is the same Jake Sullivan that openly bragged with Obama Regime chief of staff Ben Rhodes that: “We’re Liars” and “Lying Footsoldiers”—and today sees Jake Sullivan being exposed as being “Foreign Policy Advisor”, who’s referred to in indictment of Hillary Clinton campaign Lawyer Michael Sussmann.

With airlines throughout the worldshutting down all flights to Ukraine this morning, this report continues, their fears about the socialist Biden Regime igniting a war were accelerated yesterday by the revelation of the United States Federal Court filing “US v. Sussmann - GOVERNMENT’S MOTION TO INQUIRE INTO POTENTIAL CONFLICTS OF INTEREST”—a bombshell exploding filing made by feared United States Special Counsel John Durham, wherein it beyond shockingly reveals that Hillary Clinton paid operatives infiltrated Trump Tower and the White House to plant false evidence linking President Trump to Russia—saw top American legal experts declaring: “The filing definitively shows that the Hillary Clinton campaign directly funded and ordered its lawyers at Perkins Coie to orchestrate a criminal enterprise to fabricate a connection between President Trump and Russia”—then President Trump released a statement forcefully declaring:

The latest pleading from Special Counsel Robert Durham provides indisputable evidence that my campaign and presidency were spied on by operatives paid by the Hillary Clinton Campaign in an effort to develop a completely fabricated connection to Russia.

This is a scandal far greater in scope and magnitude than Watergate and those who were involved in and knew about this spying operation should be subject to criminal prosecution.

In a stronger period of time in our country, this crime would have been punishable by death.

In addition, reparations should be paid to those in our country who have been damaged by this.
