In MENTAL ROBOTS (1957) by Dr. Lewis A. Alesen (former president of the California Medical Association), he declared: "Americans today are being deluged with...propaganda...under the disarmingly innocent title of 'The Mental Health Program.'...Its (robotry) objectives...the ultimate destruction of the human individual as a person; the eradication of all the traditions, ideals and moral concepts which he has learned from home, church, and school...and taught to deny and reject responsibility for himself, and to transfer that responsibility to the group, that is the state.

The writer of this article attended that school in 1963, and among the tests administered to us was the Psychological Corporation's Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory. It included 771 statements to which we were to respond "true" or "false." And among these statements were the following: 

(1) I believe in the worth of humanity, but not in God; 

(2) We cannot know for sure whether or not there is a God; 

(3) One of the most important things children should learn is when to disobey authority; 

(4) The findings of science may some day show that many of our most cherished beliefs are wrong; 

(5) Organized religion, while sincere and constructive in its aims, is really an obstacle to human progress.

Don't be deceived by nice sounding labels such as Healthy Start, Healthy People, Healthy Families, Healthy Communities, and Healthy Cities. These and other "local" campaigns for public and mental health follow a global blueprint. They all fit into a worldwide system of health management and surveillance led by the World Health Organization, a UN special agency that equates faith with hate and truth with intolerance.1 The goal is conditioning the masses to willingly conform to new "universal" values, environmental guidelines, and a global management system.

Dr. David Satcher, U.S. Surgeon-General and Assistant Secretary for Health, gave a progress report at a National Healthy People Consortium in November 1998 "We have a clear blueprint in place," he announced. "Currently, 47 states are actively involved in Healthy People 2000 and 'Healthy City and Healthy Community' initiatives are being pursued throughout the country. Hundreds of national organizations have reviewed the Year 2000 objectives and have adopted them as their own."

HEALTHY CITIES AND COMMUNITIES

The Healthy Cities project was launched by WHO in the early eighties. Its web site explains its purpose: "The Healthy Cities Project helps change the ways in which individuals, communities, private and voluntary organizations and local governments think about, understand and make decisions about health." 13

Today, its guidelines are followed by leaders across America -- whether they use the label "Healthy City" or not. Remember Dr. Satcher's report at the 1998 Healthy People Consortium:

"'Healthy City and Healthy Community' initiatives are being pursued throughout the country. Hundreds of national organizations... have [adopted] the Year 2000 objectives... Healthy People 2010 is the United States' contribution to the World Health Organization's call to the nations of the world to renew their commitment to health for all. 14

It's no accident that the last three words, "health for all," sound like UNESCO's 1990 World Conference on Education for All (EFA). The latter introduced the same six education goals President Bush announced in 1991. EFA's counterpart in the health arena is WHO's Health for All (HFA). And, like Goals 2000, the US branch of UNESCO's outcome-based education system, "a Healthy City is defined in terms of process and outcome."

WHO's Healthy Cities program works with America's Coalition for Healthier Cities and Communities, whose members may or may not use the WHO labels. But they must all follow the Total Quality Management process which calls for continual monitoring of change and progress. They must also agree to:

	"measure our progress. "
	"address the root causes of problems."
	"promote a broader definition of health that includes physical, mental, social, and spiritual dimensions."
	"focus on prevention, wellness and change incentives."

 

MOLDING THE MINDS OF THE MASSES

Children who refuse to conform may be considered handicapped. According to a Teacher Training Manual from the National Training Institute for Applied Behavioral Science,

"Although they appear to behave appropriately and seem normal by most cultural standards, they may actually be in need of mental health care in order to help them change, adapt, and conform to the planned society in which there will be no conflict of attitudes or beliefs."17

Conflict must be replaced with solidarity, and -- as in the USSR -- everyone must be monitored for compliance with the new global beliefs and values. Such a surveillance system is at the heart of President Clinton's Executive Order 13107 (See "Trading U.S. Rights for UN Rules." It establishes "an Interagency Working Group on Human Rights Treaties", and its functions include:

	the monitoring of the actions by the various States for their conformity with relevant treaties,
	the provision of relevant information for reports and other monitoring purposes, and
	the promotion of effective remedial mechanisms;" 18

Monitoring the progress of mental Health for All (HFA) is essential to the process of managed change. Non-compliance or dissent must be spotted, reported, and corrected before it spreads. Even "a substantial risk" of failure to conform could bring preventative correction. Remediation, conflict resolution, and other mind changing strategies include these steps:

The goal of brainwashing in the Soviet Union was to create the new "Soviet Man."19 The UN goal is to mold global citizens so committed to the new ideology that they cannot be turned back even by the most logical arguments. UNESCO's 1995 report, Our Creative Diversity, said it well:

"Education must inform... but it must also form, it must provide them with a sense of meaning to guide their actions...

"Education should promote 'rational understanding of conflict, tensions, and the processes involved, provoke a critical awareness... and provide a basis for the analysis of concepts that will prevent ...chauvinist and irrational explanations from being accepted.'...

"Its primary task is to provide information, explain and analyze problems and subject them to criticism...

"It should cover adults as well. The principle of lifelong education should be the aim of all societies." 20

Edward Hunter wrote the book Brainwashing, an insightful report on the experience of prisoners who survived Soviet brainwashing strategies in Communist Countries during the fifties. His warnings should shine a red light into our foolish presumptions that this process couldn't be used in our nation. 21 Compare his words with the above UNESCO report written over four decades later:

"Even when he stands by himself, the truly indoctrinated communist must be part of the collective. He must be incapable of hearing opposing ideas and facts, no matter how convincing or how forcibly they bombard his senses. A trustworthy communist must reach in an automatic manner without any force being applied." 22

Having learned to process away facts and fear truth, these conditioned masses would resist logic and hate God's Word. It's natural. After all, "the whole world is under the control of the evil one." (1 John 5:19) Therefore, Jesus warned His disciples long ago, "If they persecute me, they will persecute you. for they do not know the One who sent me." Are you and your children ready to face hostility and rejection for your faith? If so, you will delight in this promise:

"Blessed are you when men hate you exclude you, and revile you, and cast out your name as evil for the Son of Man's sake. Rejoice in that day and leap for joy, for great is your reward in heaven." Luke 6:22-23

 

Manufacturing Victims: What the Psychology Industry is Doing to People

Dr. Tana Dineen, a licensed psychologist, has abandoned her clinical practice and written a book titled "Manufacturing Victims: What the Psychology Industry is Doing to People". Her book is the result of her extensive knowledge of the research in psycho-therapy as well as her own practical experience in the field.

She says, "Over ten million Americans seek the services of the Psychology Industry each year." In documenting the growth of psychotherapy, Dineen says:

In the early 1960’s, 14% of the U.S. population (25 million of a total 180 million) had ever received psychological services. By 1976, that number had risen to 26%. However by 1990, at least 33% (65 million of 250 million) have been psychological users at some point in their lives and in 1995, the American Psychological Association stated that 46% of the U.S. population (128 million) had seen a mental health professional. Some even predict that by the year 2000 users will be the majority—constituting 80% of the population.

Dineen uses the expression "Psychology Industry" to include a number of individuals. She names "traditional mental health professions of psychology, psychiatry, psychoanalysis and clinical social work" as well as "psychotherapy." She says:

Dineen’s main thesis for which she provides extensive support is this:

With degrees in psychology, medicine, social work, nursing or with no academic qualifications at all, the expanding work force of the Psychology Industry relies for its survival and growth on its ability to manufacture victims.

Dineen relates in detail how the psychological manufacturing of victims takes place. She differentiates between real victims and the ones manufactured by the Psychology Industry, which involves a blurring between the two and spreads a net to include virtually everyone. She concludes her book by saying:

"The Psychology Industry can neither reform itself from within nor should it be allowed to try. It should be stopped from doing what it is doing to people, from manufacturing victims. And while the Psychology Industry is being dismantled, people can boycott psychological treatment, protest the influence of the Psychology Industry and resist being manufactured into victims."

Manufacturing Victims is a blunt but honest appraisal of what the Psychology Industry is doing to people and will continue to do unless a miracle puts a stop to it. While Christians may describe this book as a "secular book," for a "secular audience," it is even more important for those in the church to read it. The author has accurately described "The Psychology Industry with its false explanations of cause, false statements of fact, false reports of cure and false claims of authority." Christians need to know the information in Dineen’s book, because the church has been overrun with the theories and therapies of the Psychology Industry, which has tentacles into almost every facet of the church through some of the most popular Christian writers.

With such methods, Huxley now said, in 1961 lectures entitled "Control of the Mind," there will be a "method of making people love their servitude and producing dictatorships without tears, so to speak, producing a kind of painless concentration camp for entire societies, so that people will in fact have their liberties taken away from them, but will rather enjoy it, because they will be distracted from any real desire to rebel--by propaganda, or brainwashing, or brainwashing enhanced by pharmacological methods.

In this new age of mass communication, they said, a series of short, universal shocks would destabilize a targeted population, plunging it into a form of "shell shock," a mass neurosis.  If the shocks were repeated over a period of years, a more and more infantile pattern of thinking would develop. Emery elaborated these concepts in his 1967 article in Tavistock's magazine {Human Relations,} entitled, "The Next Thirty Years: Concepts, Methods and Anticipations," and in his 1975 "Futures We Are In." In the latter, he outlined the three stages of this process:

1. People would "lose their moral judgment";

2. Next, "segmentation"--societal disintegration--would begin, in which the individual's focus moves from the nation-state to preoccupation with local community or family; and finally,

3. "Disassociation" would set in, "a world in which fantasy and reality are indistinguishable," in which the individual becomes the societal unit.

Emery calls this final result "Clockwork Orange," after the Anthony Burgess novel, in which habitual, random violence by gangs of youth is the order of the day, while adults retreat to their television sets and other forms of "virtual reality."

When the international system for the protection of human rights was developed after the second world war, it was largely in response to Nazi atrocities. The Nazis had held a collective belief that the German nation was a living organism and that its well-being was threatened by "useless eaters" and "life unworthy of life."[1] The German medical profession, 45% of whom belonged to the Nazi Party in the early 1930s, was empowered to tend to the health of the national organism. The psychiatric branch of the profession led the way by "medically killing" some 80,000 -- 100,000 hospitalised mental patients. The expertise the Nazi psychiatrists acquired in killing off their mental patients was later applied to Jewish people.[2]

Psychiatry and psychopolitics are concerned with changing attitudes, the only difference being scale - psychiatry involves the person and psychopolitics involves the whole of society. What comes under this heading is psychiatry in all its forms - psychology, marketing campaigns, mental health, industrial negotiations, consensus, social engineering, psycho-surgery and psychotropic drugs - which are the tools being used to subdue and direct the west towards the new world order. 

There are two schools of thought about how society is evolving - (1) that it is a natural process or (2) that it is being engineered towards a desired goal. It can be shown that society is being carefully engineered using very advanced knowledge of social engineering, experiments firstly done on a small scale and then implemented globally. 

John Coleman lists 21 strategies being employed by the illuminati to bring the world around to accept one world government. The idea is to engineer a breakdown of morale through created crises and have people give up trying to be in charge of their own destinies and accept dominion of one world order.

And all the time increasing rules of compliance and taxation to keep people in line. 1. Suggest a bill to remedy a social problem  Removing private gun ownership is a priority, as they can't take a country over while the people have guns. 2. If the bill fails to get passed, create the social problem. Arrange a terrible shooting incident, eg Port Arthur massacre 3. Then enforce the answer to the social problem which you created. Anti-gun legislation must have been waiting in the wings as the gun buyback was announced within a couple of weeks.

It is patently impossible to discuss social engineering or the automation of a society, i.e., the engineering of social automation systems (silent weapons) on a national or worldwide scale without implying extensive objectives of social control and destruction of human life, i.e., slavery and genocide. The FBI, DIA, and NSA have been compiling lists of gun owners, food stockpilers, religious persons, new agers, patriots, etc. Why? Are these people destined for the camps? The answer is yes, and more. They are looking for anyone who is not going to jump on the NWO bandwagon as someone to be dealt with. It's in their plans, the National Guard has been training for it, and notice how the commercials lately have been telling us how wonderful the National Guard is and how much we need these fellows. Also, the DEA and FBI have been training, since January of 1999, to do house to house search for guns. Why? Firearm ownership is still a right and is legal in this country, so why train en masse?

The camps all have railroad facilities as well as roads leading to and from the detention facilities. Many also have an airport nearby. The majority of the camps can house a population of 20,000 prisoners. Currently, the largest of these facilities is just outside of Fairbanks, Alaska. The Alaskan facility is a massive mental health facility and can hold approximately 2 million people.

 

Tavistock Institute of human behaviour

Founded in London in 1922 as a psychological warfare research center, The Tavistock Institute has developed into the central body responsible for the oversight of a global mind-control network. The Institute realized that by means of repeated psychological shocks, or stressful events, entire populations could be psychologically-controlled. This is achievable by providing a controlled psychological environment.

How are you being manipulated?Various manipulation techniques used to achieve change of attitude e.g.,

1) If it can be made to seem that "most people" support an idea, the vast percentage of a population will jump on the bandwagon in spite of the population's original opinions. First, you create the impression from above; someone in government or in the media touts an idea. Then you push the idea from below: any demonstration or grass roots activity that you can highlighted in the press can be used to give the impression that the average person supports the idea. You've now "sandwiched" the majority of the population. 

2) It's a sad fact that most people decide what is true and what is not true by consciously or unconsciously basing their opinions on what makes them feel good at the moment. "It feels good, so it must be true."

Aspartame - mind control drug

About 1956 the Alaska Mental Health Bill was proposed and later passed. It granted approximately 12 million dollars, and 1 million acres of public land to Alaska so that it could develop its own mental health program. Now this was a little abnormal since Alaska only had a little over 400 people who were classified as mentally ill!

On February 16, 1975, in the 'San Gabriel Valley Tribune' it was reported that the Law Enforcement Assistance Administration, funded by the Department of Justice, and the Police Foundation, funded by the Ford Foundation, are prime movers toward implementing a national police force. Each, however, contends they support local police agencies. The total program involves military units that have the function of taking over the administration of local and state governments. That program is "Operation Cable Splicer" by Army civil affairs groups, a sub-plan of "Operation Garden Plot" (the Martial law program).

The code name for these projects are: "Garden Plot" and "Cable Splicer'. Garden Plot is the program to control the population. Cable Splicer is the program for an orderly takeover of the state and local government by the federal government.

This is William R. Pabst. My address is 1434 West Alabama Street, Houston, Texas 77006. My telephone number is: (713) 521-9896. This is my 1979 updated report on the concentration camp program of the Dept. of Defense of the United States.

On April 20, 1976, after a rapid and thorough investigation, I filed suit on behalf of the People of the United States against various personages that had a key part in a conspiratorial program to do away with the United States as we know it. This is a progress report to you, the plaintiffs, you the People of the United States. The civil action number is 76-H-667. It is entitled, "Complaint Against the Concentration Camp Program of the Dept. of Defense." It was filed in the U.S. District Court for the southern district of Texas, Houston division. The judge responsible for the case was Judge Carl Beau (phonetic spelling).

You have no doubt heard the story: Once upon a time, under the Nazi regime in Germany, a man worked on an assembly line in a baby carriage factory. His wife was going to have a baby, but the Nazi government would not let anybody buy a baby carriage. The man decided he would secretly collect one part from each department and assemble the carriage himself. When this was done he and his wife gathered up the pieces and assembled it. When they were finished they did not have a baby carriage, they had a machine gun.

And that is exactly the situation that I am going to present to you at this time. The center for the Study for Democratic Institutions recently completed a proposed constitution for the "Newstates of America." The Center is Rockefeller funded. To give you an indication of the type of constitution proposed, the term "national emergency" is mentioned 134 times. The document did not have a Bill of Rights and the right to own arms was taken away. At the same time, House Concurrent Resolution #28 awaited for calling a constitutional convention on or before July 4, 1976. The presiding officer of such an event would have been Nelson Rockefeller, Vice President and president pro tem of the Senate. This particular resolution awaited in committee. Obviously, money would not be spent on these massive programs unless there would be the chance for the actual implementation of such a scheme. SNIP!

Former FBI agent Dan Smoot in THE DAN SMOOT REPORT (February 17, 1956) gave special attention to the subject of "Mental Health" in describing a Congressional bill (H.R. 6376, passed by the U.S. House on January 18, 1956) that would authorize $12.5 million for a mental hospital and mental health program in Alaska that would make an outright gift of one million acres of the United States owned land to the Territory of Alaska. Noting that there were only about 400 mentally ill people in Alaska at the time, Smoot suspected that there was more to this bill than met the eye, and he indicated there was a provision in the Alaska Mental Health Act whereby other states could send their mentally ill residents to Alaska. Smoot remarked, "This is the provision that has some patriotic groups calling the Alaska Mental Health Act the beginning of an American Siberia." Smoot went on to say that "throughout the Union, there is a strong, well-organized, drive for mental health legislation---most of which would permit seizure, incarceration, and treatment of 'mentally ill' people without trial by jury and without the due process of law prescribed by our Constitution."

In his report, Smoot then surmised that if the government "wanted to put someone out of the way for good,...government-appointed and government-paid psychiatrists could work him over....They could administer treatment that would drive him insane. There are 56 different drugs which they could administer (under the pretext of treatment) which would produce amnesia and mental disorientation. There are 44 drugs which would produce delirium, associated with hallucinations, imaginary voices, and so on." He next offered the 2 examples of Lucille Miller in Vermont, who protested the compulsory peacetime draft, and the Finn twins in California, who objected to governmental seizure of private property. Smoot informed that "in both cases,...the government finally hustled them off to distant lunatic asylums in an effort to get rid of them."

Similarly, Smoot related the case of Ron B. Ramsey, a 16-year-old high school boy in Compton, California, who wrote letters to the editor which were strongly anti-United Nations, and someone had him committed to a county institution as a mental case. Smoot then wrote that "Paul G. Hoffman's son---Halleck---diagnoses the mental illness of all who oppose the U.N. and UNESCO in these words: 'The super-patriots are clearly afraid....They see a threat to the Nation in the U.N. and UNESCO,'" and Hoffman refers to them as having a paranoid delusion. But Smoot did not see these people as paranoid because, he said, "Article 4 of the United Nations Covenant on Human Rights (states) 'No one shall be subjected against his will to medical or scientific experimentation involving risk, where such is not required by his state of physical or mental health.' This, of course, leaves government with unhampered 'rights' to make any kind of brainwashing experiment on a citizen---if the state of his mental health requires it. It is up to government, naturally, to decide what to do about it."

In the 1970s, in his book The Gulag Archipelago, Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn graphically portrayed the network of forced labor camps which dotted Siberia and comprised the last stop for dissident Russians whose opinions and actions violated politically accepted state norms.

To Americans already familiar with communist suppression of free speech and free thought, the existence of such detention camps was shocking, though not surprising.

Americans might have been more shocked, however, had they known that some 20 years earlier, psychiatrists in their own country had initiated plans to create a similar political Siberia.

In the mid-1950s, on the heels of the McCarthy era, psychiatric vested interests introduced a bill into the United States Congress to create just such a Gulag. The bill (H.R. 6376) called for psychiatric facilities to be built in what was then the relatively unpopulated territory of Alaska. The measure included provisions for a national commitment procedure which would have empowered any peace officer to involuntarily commit any individual to psychiatric care - without recourse. The person would then be shipped off to Alaska for confinement and “treatment.”

Though there were only 325 mental patients in the whole of Alaska, the bill called for the federal government to grant 1 million acres to the project and to provide an extraordinary $12 million in funding. As the Brooklyn Tablet described it on March 31, 1956: 

“The bill ... makes it possible for the Administration in power to have a political nuisance transported to the 1,000,000 acres Alaska Mental Insane Asylum. It legislates that ‘duly accredited officers of any State party to this compact ... shall be permitted to transport any patient being moved pursuant to this compact through any and all States party to this compact without interference.’”

The bill came to the attention of Scientologists in 1956, only two years after the Church of Scientology had been established. But by that time, the bill had slipped almost unnoticed through the House and was on its way to the Senate.

Scientologists responded with a campaign to inform the public of the very real threat to personal liberties and freedom of speech posed by the measure. If passed, it would have created a potential “gulag” where political undesirables could be dumped and simply forgotten.

The hope of creating this psychiatric slave state was shattered by Scientologists. Refusing to allow vested interests to destroy the right of every citizen to freely speak his opinions without fear of retaliation they instituted a huge grassroots letter campaign. This alerted the Senate to public opposition and testimony was presented at Senate Committee hearings on the bill. Ultimately, except for granting a small amount of money for Alaska to continue “treating” its few existing mental patients, the Senate rejected the Siberia bill and it was never heard of again.

(p95) The truth is that there are no precise clinical criteria for determining mental illness as a true illness or disease. Definitions differ among authorities in the field, depending upon the individual psychiatrist's personal orientation. To mental health professionals of a political stripe, patriotism is considered a form of mental illness that should be treated by psychiatric intervention.

The Alaska Mental Health Bill (p97) 

As early as 1938, H. D. Lasswell, writing in the professional journal, Psychiatry, proposed that psychiatrists "cultivate closer contact with the rulers of society, in the hope of finding the means of inducing them to overcome the symbolic limitations which prevent them from utilizing their influence for the prompt re-arrangement of insecurity producing routines". (Translation: Psychiatrists should gain control over the world's leaders and use them to restructure society along the lines suggested by Dr. Chisholm and his school.)

Alaska Mental Health Act 

The boldest move by proponents of the mental health programme to extend their control over an entire population was the Alaska Mental Health Act, introduced in the U.S. Congress in 1955.

As an unabashed circumvention of the American Bill of Rights, this measure was without precedent in the legislative history of that country. Under its terms, anyone at any time is subject to seizure and involuntary commitment to a mental institution without recourse to due process guaranteed by the Fifth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.

"Without the protection of the Fifth Amendment and the due process of law it guarantees, the way is wide open for involuntary commitment to mental institutions on the basis of political reprisal, avarice, and cupidity of relatives, and the malice and jealousy of neighbours or enemies." 12 (pp. 37, 39)

As Dr. Alesen pointed out, the Alaska bill followed almost exactly the provisions of earlier prototype legislation known as A Draft Act Governing Hospitalization of the Mentally Ill, put together by Dr. George Stevenson, medical director of the National Association for Mental Health and a founding member of WFMH, together with other promoters of the movement.

The Draft Act was a skeleton bill intended for use by federal and all state legislatures in adopting a uniform law covering involuntary commitment procedures. It is significant that the well-settled legal definition of psychopathology - insane - does not appear anywhere in the Draft Act, nor in the Alaska Mental Health Act based on it.

One of the first to denounce the Alaska bill and to mobilize civic groups in formidable opposition to its passage was L. Ron Hubbard. And if his thunderous invective at times seemed to have an obsessional tinge, it was only because he had learned that the American public no longer listens to anything moderately stated.

Hubbard called the measure the Siberia Bill because, be said, under its provisions any man, woman, or child could be seized and transferred without trial to an Alaskan Siberia being set up under authorization of the Act. There, the allegedly mentally ill person, deprived of all human and civil rights, could be detained forever. A cleverly legalized way of railroading political enemies, personal opponents and other "undesirables" into permanent oblivion à la USSR.

Proponents of the legislation asserted that Hubbard was deliberately misreading the section of the Act covering transfer of non-resident patients to the (then) Territory of Alaska.

Hubbard and his followers answered that the Act was foot-in-the door legislation that clearly provided for Alaska to make reciprocal agreements with any or all of the States for a wholesale transfer of patients. In fact, prototype legislation had already been drafted, and was embodied in the Connecticut Health Compact that unequivocally authorized such an involuntary transfer of patients.

The legislative manoeuvring which preceded final passage of the bill clearly supported Hubbard's charges.

(p103) I have treated at length the Alaska Mental Health Act because it was the first major piece of legislation mental health groups were successful in steering through Congress. In design and purpose, it was a prototype of other bills which the same sponsoring organizations have since pushed through both national and state legislatures.
