The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) is investigating Big Tech censors, and news just broke that the FTC is preparing an antitrust lawsuit against Facebook. However, the news was quick to confirm that the FTC has not fully decided if it will file this lawsuit.

Now is the moment to cross the finish line. The laws and rules providing special privileges to these online social media monopolies have not been updated since the mid-1990s!

Facebook is not the only Big Tech corporation in hot water this week.

YouTube was just caught censoring a video explanation from Dr. Scott Atlas, who happens to be the nation’s top health advisor to the White House on the COVID-19 task force. This is the person who replaced Dr. Anthony Fauci as the head medical advisor in America right now.

Let that sink in. In the midst of a pandemic, a group of 20-somethings in California are writing a computer program with the power to censor, silence, and completely erase medical information if it interferes with their company’s political agenda ... even if it is coming from the top doctor in America regarding COVID.

The hubris of YouTube is shocking. They believe that their algorithms know health concerns better than Dr. Atlas, the former Professor and Chief of Neuroradiology at Stanford University Medical Center and current Senior Fellow at the Hoover Institute at Stanford.

Big Tech is so committed to their agenda that they are willing to silence the true experts and hide medical information from you.

That is chilling. No company should have the power to silence Dr. Atlas. If this can happen to the top COVID medical advisor in America, it can happen to you ... if it hasn’t already.

These Big Tech corporations are positioning themselves to be untouchable, sovereign kings in our free nation, and our legislators and government departments are enabling this with special protections that need to be removed.

We can’t wait. It is urgent that the FTC acts immediately in their antitrust lawsuit against Facebook. It is clear that this corporation has acted in a predatory manner toward competition. And now it has turned its attention to the November election.

Facebook plans to block “new” ads the last week before the election and pledges to delete any candidate who declares victory “too soon.” But while this sounds fair on its face, what Facebook doesn’t tell you is that it has complete control of defining what is a “new” or “old” ad. It also gets to make up its own definition of what is or isn’t a “campaign” ad.

Unfortunately for the rest of us—under the current rules and laws—Facebook could ban every single conservative political ad between now and Nov. 3 while running non-stop radical ads, and Americans have absolutely no legal recourse or remedy until these rules or laws are changed.

This is not the first time Facebook has been in the uncomfortable spotlight. Last year, the 3-2 Republican majority on the FTC agreed to a penalty of up to 5 billion dollars in a settlement from Facebook regarding its mismanagement of personal privacy data.

Now they need to hold this corporation accountable again before it is too late. We are just 46 days until the election and the future path our nation will take. It is imperative that patriots do not sit on the sidelines and let Big Tech control what this future will look like.
