I have no reason at this time to believe that what I said about Jerzy Babkowski last January is true. I believe my several sources were very inaccurate concerning the information they gave me, and those, who requested me to protect their people from fraud by posting this "disinformation", were also misinformed, and over-reacted in their concern for their project and program people.
Therefore, to reduce negativity and gossip on the Internet we have long since removed our posting on Fourwinds. I request that you also remove your article, named above, from your website, and inform your people that I have made a retraction concerning this matter, and what is presented is disinformation.
I would appreciate your prompt attention in this matter.
