One Landlord in New York has decided to wave April rent for 200 tenants in his building. His name is Mario Salerno and he decided to waive the rent because of the economic trouble caused by the Coronavirus when asked about the decision he cited his Catholic faith as the cause for his action.

The funds are worth approximately $1 billion and he even posted a litany of evidence to prove that he was doing this.
