It might also just be my imagination, There is a red circle about the object and I shot this some weeks ago here in S.E.A..

This certainly is a strange picture. Maybe it is an attempt at the Blue Beam Project gone wrong. The Darkside is trying to project images in the sky to fool the people. Be in peace.

can see there is Scalar Wave (HAARP) activity on the sky. However, the lilac spot might be a camera lens reflexion. And on the right on that spot is the "face".
